Great experience, friendly staff. Tommie was very helpful with assisting me with my vehicle purchase. Mardi was very helpful as well. I got the SUV I want, and Tommie got it brought up from the Kalamazoo dealership to the Lansing dealership the same day. Tommie made sure all the issues I had were resolved in a timely manner. Rick was very attentive very professional and definitely sold me the vehicle! I came in looking for a safe bigger vehicle for me and my family and he made sure I was taken care of. Rick rose with me while I test drive the vehicle and helped me through the whole process took care of everything for me the same day ! I am so appreciative and happy with the customer service skills he had and treated me well. Before I came to motor cars I went to Battle creak and had the worse experience I went to all the used dealerships and was disappointed at all of them.
