very expensive service work, full synthetic oil change was double that of competition. I've since taken my business to Toyota Scion in Dickson City. You would think a big dealership would be able to give you a collision estimate the same day. My daughter's vehicle was hit the night before and I need to get it in and get her a rental vehicle to go to w you a collision estimate the same day. My daughter's vehicle was hit the night before and I need to get it in and get her a rental vehicle to go to work and school, they could not take me till the following day, called local Nissan dealer who took me within a half hour. Motorworld didn't even try to accommodate us & it didn't even bother them when i told them I had to take it to another dealer today. Guess that's what it is when you get to big, customer always suffers !! More
I went to the dealership for some information on service.---I stopped by the New Truck Lot to look at the remaining 2011's-----I was approached by Mark Byron ( I told Him what I wanted to know )and service.---I stopped by the New Truck Lot to look at the remaining 2011's-----I was approached by Mark Byron ( I told Him what I wanted to know )and He offered to take me to the service dept. Mark was VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE . WE talked about service and New vehicles---He did NOT try to push me into buying a New Vehicle ,but very thoroughly explained the benefits of the existing 2011's and the soon to arrive 2012's---Because of Mark's attitude and salesmanship, I gave thought to getting a 2011 Tacoma. Mark was by far one of the best salespersons I have ever dealt with ,and would recommend Him to anyone. I ended up buying a 2011 Toyota Tacoma and was very satisfied. More
For such a huge dealership, the parts guys were very knowledgeable. They were more than fair in the price and in my case only billed me for the hours it took to do the work as opposed to the standard bi knowledgeable. They were more than fair in the price and in my case only billed me for the hours it took to do the work as opposed to the standard billable hours for the job. They were very friendly and made sure that the installation was done in a manner and timeframe I requested. Thanks guys. More
