DO NOT BUY THEIR EXTENDED SERVICE PACKAGE! !!! I bought an extended package for $249.00 up to 45,000 miles. I set up the appointment online with an online Rep. I drove 45 minutes the next day f !!! I bought an extended package for $249.00 up to 45,000 miles. I set up the appointment online with an online Rep. I drove 45 minutes the next day for my 45000 miles and once there the guy at the counter told me I had gone over because it expired at 45,000 miles. I was never told this by the guy that was so happy when I said yes to the extended service package and was not told by the rep that set it up either. If the team is not trained to sell something do not sell it. I WILL NEVER NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH MOTORWORLD AGAIN . THEY COULD HAVE HANDLED IT BETTER AND DECIDED TO BLOW ME AWAY. More
This dealership use to be synonymous with "quality. " No more. No excuse for horrible experience due to low staffing from covid. Velazco, while pleasant, completely wasted 2 hours of my time then sent me to another department that denied what Velazco indicated. That department was even worse; not returning phone calls, not honoring what Velazco stated, and not having the car repair completed on time as stated. We would never, ever recommend Motorworld to anyone. More

I purchased a 2019 Toyota highlander in July 2019. I was offered the ECP warranty, and purchased it on interior and exterior with a 7 year warranty. In June 2020, there were marks on my car that would not come off with hand or auto car wash. I called, emailed, tried to reach service, parts, and sales (Nick sold me the car), and had zero response to any messages I left or emails sent. I wanted to have these spots removed (ended up being iron deposit), and ensure the ceramic coating was intact. I honestly gave up after 2 months of trying and a google review response that yielded no results. Fast forward to Fall 2022, I have more iron deposits and some markings on the car. I did a little research and contacted the warranty company directly. They informed me that I HAD to return to the dealership for an estimate within 30 days. I called the dealership, it literally took a month bouncing around between voicemails the service woman answering the phone kept sending me to. They said an appointment was months out, this was already in January 2023. The man told me to take pictures and text him. So I took pictures of the deposits and marks. He said they were iron deposits and to take it to an auto detailer. Essentially, Motorworld could sell me a car and warranty, but never follow through on their work. So, 30 days has past on my warranty claim, and Motorworld refuses me service. So I take it to a local autobody shop and submit my receipt to ECP. They then tell me that I am beyond 30 days, and that a cermic coating MUST BE an ECP product. which of course, it wasnt at the local detailer. So, now I have paid for a warranty that is VOID on the exterior because motorworld refused to service their warranty. ECP agreed to cover the removal cost of the iron, however the exterior warranty is now void. I did not think to ASK these questions, but I never in my wildest dreams would imagine a dealership could sell a car and warranty, and then refuse service. More

Car inspection on 8/26/21 -Brake lining LF 8, RF 8. Car inspection on 9/13/22 - Brake lining LF 10, RF 7. Drove 25,729 miles between inspections and brake lining LF went from an 8 to a 10. Shouldn Car inspection on 9/13/22 - Brake lining LF 10, RF 7. Drove 25,729 miles between inspections and brake lining LF went from an 8 to a 10. Shouldn't brake linings go down instead of up after traveling that many miles? Please explain this to me. Also factory specs on tire pressure was 35/35/60. This inspection showed it 33/33/60. Sticker on side of door does not show 33/33/60. It shows 36/36/60. I would expect a dealer to ensure that maintenance personnel insert correct readings on multipoint inspection printout. This would help to know when brakes are getting close to replacement and also having the correct tire pressure in the tires. More
I can't speak for the dealership itself, only the service Dept, Service Advisors and the Service Manager Mike Gyori. Any time I have delt with them they have been very Polite and Professional. Mike himself h Dept, Service Advisors and the Service Manager Mike Gyori. Any time I have delt with them they have been very Polite and Professional. Mike himself has been a great help to me and my 2007 Toyota Tundra Crew Max with 219,000 miles on it. He listens to my requests and gets me the best price he can. Work is always done on time.
