I was working with Chloe Kotzer on the deal. Chloe is a pro in every aspect of the word. Traits that come to mind are kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and she possesses a great sense of humor. She was more than understanding about my interest and then with my reasons for cancelling. She's the best! That department was even worse; not returning phone calls, not honoring what Velazco stated, and not having the car repair completed on time as stated.
