DO NOT BUY THEIR EXTENDED SERVICE PACKAGE! !!! I bought an extended package for $249.00 up to 45,000 miles. I set up the appointment online with an online Rep. I drove 45 minutes the next day f !!! I bought an extended package for $249.00 up to 45,000 miles. I set up the appointment online with an online Rep. I drove 45 minutes the next day for my 45000 miles and once there the guy at the counter told me I had gone over because it expired at 45,000 miles. I was never told this by the guy that was so happy when I said yes to the extended service package and was not told by the rep that set it up either. If the team is not trained to sell something do not sell it. I WILL NEVER NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH MOTORWORLD AGAIN . THEY COULD HAVE HANDLED IT BETTER AND DECIDED TO BLOW ME AWAY. More

I bought a used 2024 Toyota Highlander Grande with under 3,000 miles on it an am happy with the car, but the car did not have a manual with it. Either a big form of pass the buck is happening or it is just incompetence, but it is verey annoying. More
