Both Jay & Tony were friendly and knew all the details of the auto I bought. I believe Mr.Thomas offered me a fair price & suggested the best way to use the incentives that Toyota had to offer.Tony went out the auto I bought. Checked in with the dealership on the internet, when we went to the dealership Mr. Kampas was our salesman, he was friendly, but as the process went along, I asked about options for the car, namely body si went to the dealership Mr. Kampas was our salesman, he was friendly, but as the process went along, I asked about options for the car, namely body side molding, mudguards and gold emblems. I could never get an answer out of him. We ordered our car, because the color we wanted was not on the lot. The car that came in had some different options, but we decided to take the car. We were given paperwork to have the bodyside molding installed at a later date. After almost two weeks, I had to call Mr. Kampas to ask about the side molding. I was told that he couldn't get the molding, we talked about mudguards, and he said he would check. After afew day of not hearing anything. We had to go back to the dealership to take care of some paperwork. I then talked to the salesmanager (Jay) and the mudguards were installed within 45 minutes and I was told a check for the difference between body side molding and mudguards ($40.00)would be mailed to us the first of the week, as of this writing NO word on gold emblems and NO check. When we were last at the dealership Mr. Kampas didn't or wouldn't talk to us. More

After visiting several Toyota dealarships, I decided to buy my new truck from motorworld after close consideration. We went to MotorWorld with the intention of looking at the Toyota Sienna. We had looked on-line and were given a price and the availability of a few colors in stock. Mr. Owens met us at the door with a big smile and handshake. He immediately found out what we were interested in, found out that we had been looking online and got the key for one of the in stock Siennas. We expected the car to be a "blackboard" gray and was happily surprised when we saw it. My husband drove, Jim sat in the front seat, and I sat in the middle (where I preferred to sit to see how it rode back there) for several miles. He said that it handled like out '97 Grand Caravan and we both liked the ride. Jim was very pleasant; telling us about the car as well as talking about family, where we live, and realizing that we know alot of the same people. We returned to the dealership where we decided to buy it that night. The manager had a little bit higher price that we were quoted online so he threw-in the rear spoiler that was to be ordered and put on when it comes in. Even though several of the men had to stay beyond their "paid" regular time, they were very hospitable and more than willing to do anything for us. We left there very satisfied. More
