I'm a person of few works. I don't know how many ways I can praise the people who took care of us in a professional and timely manner. The only complaint I have is with this type of survey where my abilit can praise the people who took care of us in a professional and timely manner. The only complaint I have is with this type of survey where my ability in 250 characters or more, have to explain why the sales person with whom I've dealt did an outstanding job of showing us a car we liked, took us for a test ride and explained all the features and sold us on the idea of leasing this particular car. I don't know how many more hoops I have to jump through to convince you that I was very happy with and I rated them,the salesperson and the person who wrote up and processed all the paperwork needed to complete this sale, very high. From 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I rate them both a 10. For you and this silly survey because I have to register with you to complete my review I give you a 3( very low ), I'm not happy with this tactic. I do not wish to participate in your registration nor facebook nor twitter - so please don't ask, Please let me enjoy my new car in peace, thanks, Ross. More
I took my time in purchasing my new 2010 RAV 4 and went to both Motorworld and another local Toyota dealer. There was no real comparison between the two, I quickly decided that MW was the much better deal to both Motorworld and another local Toyota dealer. I went in, met Omir and we began discussing what I was looking for and what was available (I had done a lot of research on the Toyota website as well as Consumer Reports) and he walked me through what models were in stock and we discussed prices. He was very upfront and fair. He made me a very fair offer for trade on my 2001 RAV and we shook hands. No games and no xx. The additions offered in the price were great. I chose my vehicle off the lot as it had all but one minor item (alloy wheels which are not available on that particular model)I wanted and the price was very fair. They needed the rest of the day to prep it as it had just came in so I returned the next day to take delivery. That was not a problem as I was ready to wait weeks if necessary for a 2010 to come in from overseas. Barbara in the parts department was very nice and handled the additions to my new vehicle very efficiently. The process took less than 30 minutes and I am very pleased. Overall I am very happy with my whole experience at MW and have been suggesting them to my friends. I would have no qualms about returning there when I need another vehicle. More
When I was considering the purchase of a 2010 Toyota Prius, I was actually dreading the thought of going to the dealership in my area because I knew that they would be trying to squeeze the most money o Prius, I was actually dreading the thought of going to the dealership in my area because I knew that they would be trying to squeeze the most money out of me with their sales "techniques" I wished that I could just go into a dealership and purchase a car just as you would purchase a new computer or camera. But I summoned up my courage and went to a few dealers in my area only to find that they were still using the old techniques of squeezing the potential customer for the most profit and I was completely turned off to the idea of buying a new car. Then I remembered the pleasant experience I had with the purchase of my 1st Prius at Motorworld in Wilkes Barre, PA, about a 2 hour drive from my home in NJ. I contacted them via E-mail and was pleasantly surprised to get a straight-forward quote on the model I wanted with no add-ons or that phony routine of "checking with my manager". I spoke with Alyssa Giarratano via E-mail and on the phone and made my decision to buy my car from Motorworld. When I picked up the car, everyone was pleasant and respectful including the person I had to pay! There was no pressure to buy extras for the car and I was on my way back home with a new car and a happy dealer experience. Just what I was hoping for! More

George explained the value of the tire and hub cap wheel protection policy, which we purchased. This is about the fourth or fifth car we purchased from Motor World and again was very happy with our experience. The service department is also great. More

Jack Butcher is the one and only person I deal with when purchasing a new vehcile at MotorWorld. He is the best in my eyes, experienced, caring for his customers, honest, listens to their needs, provides q purchasing a new vehcile at MotorWorld. Sales personnel like Jack are a dying breed and very hard to fine. MotorWorld should be proud to have him in their service and realize the benefits and customer satisfaction he brings to his job and employer. Jack explains every detail of the sale beginning with financing, trade value and will work with you to insure your expectations are met. Follow-up is always a part of his sales cycle, so when you purchase a car from Jack you know if you have any questions or issues he is always available to assist. I was introduced to the dealership via the buying service from AAA. From the initial contact to the day I picked up the car Jay Thomas and Anthony Morales and the rest of the team could not have been more professional and straight forward. There were no games, no gimmicks and no hard sell...they made the entire experience as painless and straight forward as it could be--AND they delivered the car that I wanted. As I was purchasing this car for my daughter they also went out of their way to make it a special experience for her and took extra time to explain all the car's features to her. I highly recommend this dealer! More
