Everyone in the dealership is very friendly, from the receptionists to the salesmen. Jan, inparticular, was extremely helpful. Despite the current problems associated with the Toyota brand, I decided to purchase ANOTHER Tacoma. I went to Motorworld and was introduced to John Bonsall. Purchasing a new vehicle is tantamount to going brand, I decided to purchase ANOTHER Tacoma. I went to Motorworld and was introduced to John Bonsall. He was friendly and personable and very understanding when it came to my vehicle needs. He is extremely knowledgable regarding the Toyota brand and made me feel comfortable. John didn't appear to be the typical "High-pressure" salesperson. He was indicated a sincere interest in what he was selling AND matched that interest to what I was looking for. We had a 2007 Honda that was nearing the lease end. We took it in for service. While my wife and I were waiting for the service to be completed, we walked over to the show rooms.
