I took my car to Motorworld for service as their service department is excellent and decided to see what incentives they had on a new Rav4 since I have a 2006 Rav4 limited. I was approached by Dominic thei department is excellent and decided to see what incentives they had on a new Rav4 since I have a 2006 Rav4 limited. I was approached by Dominic their sales man. I told him what I was looking for and didn't want to buy or lease a new Rav4 right away but wanted to see what Toyota was offering. After I fully explained to him I needed AWD or 4WD and wanted the same as what I had or better, he attempted to sell me a Corolla or a Camry. I had to explain to him again I need AWD or 4WD evidently it didn't sink in the first time. So he then tries to sell or lease me a Rav4 base model or sport model. This would be fine it I didn't need a power seat however I need a power seat. Since I was having service done on my car he asked if he could take my car to be appraised. I agreed, what I didn't agree on was that I dropped my car off at noon only to find it out at 4:00pm my car was never serviced because Dominic took my car out of line to be serviced to have it appraised and never returned it to service once the appraisal was completed. My service advisor attempted to contact him twice & even paged him and he ignored her calls & pages. The sales manager was very apologetic & truly was nice about the situation however after what had happened it was too late for me to even consider talking about a new vehicle. Needless to say I will not purchase or lease a new Toyota from Motorworld due to this unprofessional car sales person. I've never had any kind of problem at this dealership however it definitely made me rethink how they treat customers. More

Bernice Brezinski was our salesperson then, and although she does not primarily sell Toyotas I went to her for my RAV 4. The whole experience was pleasant and stress free. Every aspect of the purchase was professional and friendly, including the purchase, financing and delivery. Mike handled the financing in a professional and informative manner. Bernice was not working the day we accepted delivery of our RAV 4,so Dominic Castrignano actually delivered the vehicle to us. Dominic was extremely knowledgeable about the RAV 4,and spent a lot of time explaining the vehicle to us even though it wasn't his sale. We will recommend Motorworld to any friends considering buying a car that Motorworld sells. More
We visited several other dealerships looking at cars. Dominic seemed to be the most knowledgeable sales representative of all we dealt with. Tony Kampas is a courteous and knowledgeable salesperson. There was no pressure to buy and I believe that I was given a very good deal on the vehicle I purchased. Salesperson, Omir Omeragic, was attentive from first hello. He listened to what we were looking for, addressed the questions we had between different makes and models - comparing them to the RAV 4, and hello. He listened to what we were looking for, addressed the questions we had between different makes and models - comparing them to the RAV 4, and demonstrated a proficient knowledge of the vehicle we chose to test-drive (and ultimately buy). He showed my wife many of the cars features and in fact assisted her in setting up the cell phone bluetooth feature on our car. Finance Mike was thorough and not at all pushy. Described all available options and left us to chose which options we felt were valuable to us. A very good dealship experience based on our interactions with these two gentlemen. More

What's more to say! Another positive experience at Motor World. This is now my third consecutive Toyota Camary that I have leased from Motor World and yet with all that has recently been going on with the T World. This is now my third consecutive Toyota Camary that I have leased from Motor World and yet with all that has recently been going on with the Toyota Safety recalls, George Zepherin removed any doubt from me about not going with another Toyota Camary. Beleive me I had no intention of leasing or purchasing another Toyota. George was very knowledgeable of the safety recall issue and the reliability of Toyota vehicles. With my Toyota Camary in for service that day I had no idea that I would be leaving that same day with a new 2011 Toyota Camary. George made this all possible for me. And one last thing, the Motor World service is second to none. Job well done! More
