They gave us all the time we needed without any pressure to make a selection. They made the difficult task of replacing our Prius a very positive experience. The business manager we dealt with, Greg Passon, was an impressive representative of Motorworld as well. Motorworld customers are very fortunate to have Dave,George and Greg to help them. When my husband and I walked into the dealership on July 31st I never thought we would walk out purchasing a new vehicle. Three hours later we were signing on the dotted line and thrilled about our purchase of a NEW car!! We typically do not take part in surveys, but because of the best car buying experince we ever had, there was no question that we would want to share this with others. Carlo not only explained of all of the reasons that Lexus is superior among the competitive car lines, but he answered every question and addressed every concern we had. Furthermore, it was the first time we have every met a salesperson who not only knew everything about his line but had a great deal of knowledge of others as well! (Mercedes)...That is what I call Superb "Customer Service"! We not only purchased a new car but made new friends. Initially we wanted to buy an outlander (Mitsubishi)but the final deal did not work out and hence we bought a Rav4 at the motorworld. I should say the quality of service is outstanding with the people (Jay Thomas and James Reese) working at the Toyota showroom and they are very nice and approachable. All the questions that we had were anwered with great gesture. But I do not know how the service at the vehicle's service station is going to be as some people expressed a negative talk about the service stations. I hope they look into this and offer the same kind of quality service at other places within motorworld. More

He had sold my husband a Toyota truck the previous year and so, I wanted to deal with him when I needed a new vehicle. My husband and I were always Chevy people. My wife had purchased a 2007 Rav 4 at this dealership 3 years ago and I was needing service for my 2001 Highlander but was unhappy with the Scranton dealership I had been using for the past 9 years so I de years ago and I was needing service for my 2001 Highlander but was unhappy with the Scranton dealership I had been using for the past 9 years so I decided to try MotorWorld. The Motorworld staff not only handled my Highlander service in a friendly and professional manner, they then asked if there was anything else they could help us with and I said I had an interest in the 2010 Venzas.They then arranged for a salesman to talk with us and show us the Venza and the manager introduced himself claiming he remebered us from 2007 and after we said we were interested in buying a Venza they were able to find the color I wanted with the accessories I wanted and when I said the sale would depend upon the price, the manager came back with a price which was too good to turn down so I purchased that car that same day, and 5 days later we picked it up and were thrilled to learn that the 1st 2 years of regular maintenance would be free. I have purchased 9 cars in the past 20 years and this was by far the best experience I have had, so would enthusiastically recommend this dealership without any reservations whatsoever. More

I took my car to Motorworld for service as their service department is excellent and decided to see what incentives they had on a new Rav4 since I have a 2006 Rav4 limited. I was approached by Dominic thei department is excellent and decided to see what incentives they had on a new Rav4 since I have a 2006 Rav4 limited. I was approached by Dominic their sales man. I told him what I was looking for and didn't want to buy or lease a new Rav4 right away but wanted to see what Toyota was offering. After I fully explained to him I needed AWD or 4WD and wanted the same as what I had or better, he attempted to sell me a Corolla or a Camry. I had to explain to him again I need AWD or 4WD evidently it didn't sink in the first time. So he then tries to sell or lease me a Rav4 base model or sport model. This would be fine it I didn't need a power seat however I need a power seat. Since I was having service done on my car he asked if he could take my car to be appraised. I agreed, what I didn't agree on was that I dropped my car off at noon only to find it out at 4:00pm my car was never serviced because Dominic took my car out of line to be serviced to have it appraised and never returned it to service once the appraisal was completed. My service advisor attempted to contact him twice & even paged him and he ignored her calls & pages. The sales manager was very apologetic & truly was nice about the situation however after what had happened it was too late for me to even consider talking about a new vehicle. Needless to say I will not purchase or lease a new Toyota from Motorworld due to this unprofessional car sales person. I've never had any kind of problem at this dealership however it definitely made me rethink how they treat customers. More
