Excellent service by Joe Ledoretti I recently purchased a pre-owned 2015 Nissan Altima at the MotorWorld pre-owned shop in Wilkes-Barre, PA. My family and I purchased a pre-owned Toyot I recently purchased a pre-owned 2015 Nissan Altima at the MotorWorld pre-owned shop in Wilkes-Barre, PA. My family and I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Corolla a few years ago at MotorWorld Toyota and we have been pleased with the service given to us at that time, and we enjoy the car, so we decided to return to purchase the Altima. some repair items needed to be done after the sale, and Joe took the time to explain in detail what was needed, and why. I had a service appointment early today, and Joe took the time to drive my to my office (not far from the shop) as I needed to get to work on time. When I returned at the end of the day the car was clean, fixed, and the parts and labor were covered by the warranty. Thanks Joe for your service! More
Horrible customer experience I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX here, before I picked it up I asked if the brakes could be addressed because they appeared to be old due to rust and shak I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX here, before I picked it up I asked if the brakes could be addressed because they appeared to be old due to rust and shaking during braking. I was told they were ‘fine’ with no other information about the brakes. I pick the car up thinking things would be fine but the whole car shook pretty badly and there was a shake traveling at high way speeds. I used this car for two days with horrible braking performance to the point where I felt it wasn’t safe because I needed it for work. I brought the car back two days later (I live 85 miles from this dealership), to have them address the issue and they just resurfaced the rotors and said bye. I had the General Sales Manager look at them after I test drive it with still no improvement in the situation to have my opinions about what I felt invalidated and listened to but not at all heard. They offered to comp part of a new brake job to satisfy me because they were ‘fine’ but there was no real documentation stating what ‘fine’ was. Two days after the brake job I get a call saying that they found a bent rim, which would explain part of my issue driving at highway speed. Not once did they pay attention to the wheel being bent when I asked if the balancing was correct. So I’ve made 4 trips back to the dealership with no one willing to talk to me about this anymore, they’re kind of just done and that’s apparently it. I’m really disappointed because I went into this purchase happy I’m getting a newer car and none of what I express gets acknowledged that it’s even remotely valid or I never hear back after leaving a message and an email like they constantly say to do. I suppose spending $16,000 on a vehicle from this dealership does not get you those luxuries which is a shame. Never giving my business to this dealership again and I wouldn’t suggest other people to either. More

If you have read my previous review then you will know that I had anything but a positive experience and I did not recommend dealing with this company. Well, they have taken all the necessary steps to correct all of my issues quickly, accurately, and professionally. Not even 48 hours after posting my last review I received a phone call at about 7:30pm. The gentleman identified himself as Mr. Bob King – Director of Sales. He first verified that I was the person that he was trying to contact and then proceeded to apologize for the experience I had, assured me that they would take care of all my issues, and explained that the experience that I had was not the way that they do business and they would make the situation right. I was surprised and delighted to be receiving this phone call because as of that time, had all but given up on Motorworld and had sworn to never deal with them again. He explained to me that he would be my point of contact and that I should contact him for anything that I may need. He also said that someone would contact me the next day to make arrangements to get my car in so they could get it taken care of. I agreed and we ended the call. Within 2 minutes of hanging up, he text me his contact information and expressed that I should call him if I needed any further assistance. The next morning just before 10am I received a call from Shelly Puzzetti. She reiterated some of what Bob had told me just a little over 12hrs earlier, and then proceeded to explain to me what they wanted to do, how they wanted to do it, when they were going to start, and when the car would be finished. She then asked me if the plan she just outlined would be acceptable. Being that she covered all of the issues that I had in my last review, and even one that I didn’t mention in the review but spoke to Bob about the night before, I of course found this acceptable. She then asked me if the car was available at that moment as they wanted to come and get it and drop off a loaner. She explained to me that the loaner car that she had available was not an SUV, like my car, and asked if that would be okay. I explained that it shouldn’t be a problem. She said she would trade me out loaner cars when an SUV became available if I needed her to. I told her I didn’t think that would be necessary. I asked if she would give me 5 minutes because I was in work and needed to verify with my wife that she was home. I verified with my wife that she was home and that they could come and get the car. As soon as I hung up from speaking with my wife, exactly 5 minutes later, Shelly called me back. I told her that they could get the car at their convenience. They were to my house and switched cars within the hour after this phone call. Unlike my previous experience, Motorworld did exactly what they told me they were going to do when they told me they were going to do it. Now like I said before, Shelly asked if it would be okay if she loaned me a car instead of an SUV. What they loaned me was actually better than the car that I purchased. What they loaned me was a Chrysler 300 with appx. 1100 miles on it with all the bells and whistles you could imagine. This car was actually worth more and was much more impressive than my own car. If you recall earlier, Shelly asked me “if this would be okay?” Who does that? Let me answer that by saying that only a professional organization that is truly dedicated to the customer experience and satisfaction does that. Was I blown away? Yes, I was very blown away. This is actually beyond the level of service that I was expecting from Motorworld. I now understand just how dedicated they are to customer service. The rest of the process was seamless. Shelly called me the next day to let me know what they had found and what was being done. A repair on the car that they were performing required them to order parts that they would receive the following day. The following day was a Saturday, and although the car would be completed the same day, she asked if it was alright that I pick it up on Monday so that she had a chance to look it over personally to make sure that it was up to her expectations. I agreed. Let me tell you that I was in no hurry to return the absolutely beautiful loaner car that they had provided me! Well, I misunderstood a detail in mine and Shelly’s conversation and I did not get there on Monday like we had previously discussed. Shelly called me late in the day to verify that I was still coming and I apologized that I misunderstood some details and that I would not be able to get there in a timely manner. She assured me that it was okay and we made arrangements for me to pick up the car the following day. I sent an email early the following day to confirm that I would be there to pick up the car and not mess it up again. She acknowledged my email exactly 2 minutes later. I arrived the next day around 4:30 and meet with Shelly. We walked out to the car and went over everything that they had done. They fixed everything that I had an issue with. They had my satellite radio connected for a bit of a longer term then what they originally owed me, addressed an issue that I didn’t even realize was there, explained to me that she meet with the individuals that I had problems with in my last review and that nothing like this would ever happen again, and presented me with a gift as an apology for my previous experience. I’m not going to say here what that gift was, but it was very, very generous on Motorworld’s part, and just showed me again how seriously they take customer satisfaction. As of this writing, I received a phone call yesterday, exactly one week later, from Shelly to confirm that everything was okay and up to my satisfaction. Wow! I now have to do a complete 180 on my last review. Although everything that I said in my last review is 100% accurate and is the experience that I had, what Bob, Shelly, and their team did after finding out what I had gone through more than makes up for my initial experience. They have restored my confidence in dealing with Motorworld for future car purchasing needs. I am honestly comfortable with recommending this dealer to anyone I speak with. They showed me that they have an upper management that will not tolerate mistreatment of customers on the sales floor level and will do whatever is necessary to honor the deal that was made and make their customers happy to the best of their ability. In closing, I would like to thank Shelly & Bob for their efforts in getting my issues resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally. I didn’t deal with Bob much other than what I described above, but I would like to commend Shelly for being nothing short of a true professional. I thank you all for correcting my situation and I look forward to dealing with you again. More

When dealing with the Sales Rep (Jeff) he was very helpful with my purchase. I appreciate the time he took to help me with my purchase and would recommend this dealership. The only issue I have is that I personally should have examined the car for any problems before driving away. There is a chip in the front windshield and damage to the back seat, that I didn't notice. I took the car for a test drive at night so these two items would have gone un-noticed. I contated Jeff when I came home with the car and he is very helpful and is taking care of these two items. Jeff is a great salesman, he knows what to say to get the deal. More
Amy in New Jeep sales was very good. She worked with me a lot, walked the lot with and without me, and gave me choices. Not only choices with vehicles, but also choices with financing.
