Scheduled a service appointment for oil change, and inspection. Being my Jeep was under a year old, they offered free oil change. When scheduling the appointment, stated I would wait for the Jeep. Serv inspection. Being my Jeep was under a year old, they offered free oil change. When scheduling the appointment, stated I would wait for the Jeep. Service date comes, take the Jeep in and they informed me it was a 3 hour wait !!! This is longer than I’ve ever waited at any scheduled appointment. Needless to say, I didn’t wait. I will take my jeep to a service center that knows how to schedule appointments accordingly as well as KNOW my time is just as important as theirs. Oh and the price for an inspection there is 35.00 more than other service stations, so that free oil change really isn’t free More

Had my car recently serviced the only problem was a yellow light came on. NO Noises, problems as I just paid $1000+ in July 2021 at Motorworld. Common Signs of Flex Disc Failure A “rough shift” feeling when shifting the car to drive or putting it in reverse. Excessive driveshaft movement due to an abnormal vibration at the center of the vehicle's floor. A knocking-like noise from beneath the vehicle, which gets louder as the car accelerates. I had none of these symptoms, nor any of the many other parts replaced. Also, I looked up prices to fix the many items my the price was tripled. Brought my 2018 Jeep Sahara in for a replacement key with programing. Drew, told me that my vehicle needed a computer update and that it would be completed while my vehicle was in for tbe key/programing. W programing. Drew, told me that my vehicle needed a computer update and that it would be completed while my vehicle was in for tbe key/programing. While updating the computer, a problem arose . Drew assured me that everything would be taken care of, he set me up with a vehicle and called me once the my vehicle was ready. Drew then called me the following morning to make sure everything was fine with my Jeep. Drew, thank you for the excellent service and professionalism!!!! Well done!!! More
