First time auto loan This was my first time purchasing a car with a loan. After many hours of research and word of mouth I decided to come to Motor world. I Found staff to This was my first time purchasing a car with a loan. After many hours of research and word of mouth I decided to come to Motor world. I Found staff to be very pleasant! I originally went there with a specific car in mind and when I did not like that one, Stan found me one more to my likings. Stan took the time to show and explain many features to me in the car and even helped hook up my phone to the blue tooth. He went over all the features making sure everything worked and I was happy. Stan even helped with making sure I had cleaned all my belongings from the blazer I was turning in and took my plate off and got it on the car I was purchasing. Stan made me feel welcomed and made chit chat to ease my nerves as I was stressing over this purchase. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is purchasing a car. He was not pushy like some salesman I have dealt with in the past making me walk away and turning me off of the idea of purchasing a car with a loan for that fact alone. I arrived at 6:30 and it was after 8 before we had begun signing paperwork. I had one gentleman start the loan process and then he had something else that needed his attention so a lady finished the paperwork. Even though I learned a lot of information from both of these people and also found them to be helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable I did not like the fact in the middle I was switched to another person. I did not like finding out at the end after everything was signed that the car I purchased only had one key. It was not something I even thought to ask as I assumed it would have two keys. After getting home I realized that I had not been given a receipt for the cash amount I had applied as down payment, only the debited amount. Although I must say the next day I emailed Stan and he got it to me quickly! Also after I got home and was going through papers I realized that I still had the title to the blazer I had traded in and will now have to make another trip which is 45 minutes from where I live one way to bring title down and sign it over. I understand that it got late but felt rushed at the end and unhappy that things were left undone and proper paperwork wasn’t finished all the way through. Overall I have had the car now for 3 days and feel very happy with my purchase. I would like to say Thank you to Stan. He really did make decision process go very smoothly for me. Also every time I email him he is very prompt on getting me a response and has followed up! More
