This place is awesome! We would have never thought we would be saying this about a car dealership, but our experience here was the most stress-free and pleasant transaction one could ask for. After horrendous dealings with dealerships in NJ/NY, we decided to look outside our area (NJ). We corresponded w/ Maribeth from the internet sales and spoke w/ one of the salesmen, Jeff. We sealed the deal over the phone and decided to trek the 2.5 hours to PA. We were definitely hesitant due to our other dealings with the other dealers. However, once we arrived all our worries were laid to ease. Jeffrey is truly the utmost professional. He answered every question we had; he was very thorough and considerate. Not once did we feel like we were being scammed or cheated. Believe it or not, these guys were honest, straightforward and very efficient. They were very accommodating to all our needs. Thomas, the financial manager, was also very pleasant and made the paperwork a breeze. We never would have thought that we would get such a great deal on a car coupled with this great service. After having been advised by Jeff Evans that I was approved for leasing a new Lexus LS250 on Tuesday, I visited the dealership on Friday unannounced. I expected to have a long wait however, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Jeff would take care of me as soon as he finished with the customer in his office. I must tell you that if ever there was a more concientious, thoughtful, sincere professional than Jeff Evans, then I have yet to meet them. Lexus should be proud to have someone of his caliber as part of their family. Although, I had yet to make a decision on the car I wanted, he made my decision so much easier with his no pressure demeanor, fine wit and general... "the customer's well being" always in mind. I can without reservation tell you that I will be a Lexus Motorworld customer for many years to come thank's to Mr. Evans. Once the sale was consumated, he took the time to show me all the "in's and out's" of the vehicle and was angelically patient with answering any and all of my questions, however mundane they may have been. Aldo Franconi has always been sincere and honest with us. Not pushy or trying to see us more vechile than we need. The dealership is coustomer friendly and the service is great.
