I felt like there was something major wrong with my 2000 Lexus RX300. I did have it checked at Independence Toyota in Hazleton. They suggested that I take it to a Lexus dealer. After speaking with them about the service they receive at Motorworld, I decided to call your service department to make an appointment to have a diagnostic test done on my vehicle. When the outcome of the diagnostic test resulted in a very costly repair of my SUV and not wanting to invest a lot of money into a nine year old vehicle, I decided that I needed to purchase a new Lexus. I was very pleased with my vehicle and the great service I had with it over the last nine years. Walking around your showroom I met your salesman Jim Swearer. He was very informative and personable in our business dealing. I felt that Jim gave me a fair trade in value on my vehicle. He did a good job of explaining all of the options on the new RX350. He explained to me that when it comes time to service my car someone would come to my house, pick up my vehicle and leave me a loaner car. He also explained that if I chose to bring the car in for servicing there was shuttle service to Mohegan Sun, the Wyoming Valley Mall or the Shops at Montage. Living in Freeland I feel that Motorworld is in a convenient location and I like the choices I have when it comes time to bring my vehicle in for servicing. I also want to say that I found your service deparment representatives to also be very pleasant. More

Not knowing if MotorWorld could help us with handling out-of state sales tax & registration on a new car purchase, I went on-line to the MotorWorld web-site and made contact with the Lexus sales team via e-mail. Nadia Kovaleski, Internet Sales Mgr. responded quickly, and explained MotorWorld has done business with many out-of-state customers and would be glad to set up an appointment so we could see their facility, Lexus RX 350 inventory, and learn more about how they can help us. We agreed and on-site we meet Jim Partington, Sales Manager and Jim Swearer, Sales & Leasing Consultant, both of whom made us feel very welcome and at ease. We did decide to buy our new Lexus from MotorWorld and a large portion of our decision was based on the very pleasant, attentive, friendly, and down to earth interaction we experienced. Our salesman, Jeff Evans, was extraordinarily helpful and eagerly resolved matters that arose during the clunker trade-in process (an old Ford...). Motorworld and Jeff Evans deserve the high ratings given above because they work hard to make the purchase experience as easy as possible.
