After horrendous dealings with dealerships in NJ/NY, we decided to look outside our area (NJ). We corresponded w/ Maribeth from the internet sales and spoke w/ one of the salesmen, Jeff. We sealed the deal over the phone and decided to trek the 2.5 hours to PA. We were definitely hesitant due to our other dealings with the other dealers. However, once we arrived all our worries were laid to ease. Jeffrey is truly the utmost professional. He answered every question we had; he was very thorough and considerate. Not once did we feel like we were being scammed or cheated. Believe it or not, these guys were honest, straightforward and very efficient. They were very accommodating to all our needs. Thomas, the financial manager, was also very pleasant and made the paperwork a breeze. We never would have thought that we would get such a great deal on a car coupled with this great service.
