I bought my 2005 and 2008 Lexus from 2 different salesmen at Motorworld. Both times I had noticed Carlo's smiling personality and wished I had him as my salesman. We found Carlo Roccograndi to be very cooperative, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable in discussing the new Lexus and our trade. He brings a ton of experience and thorough knowledge about anything Lexus-and if there is something he didn't know, he finds the answer asap. He made what is usually an uneasy task of buying a vehicle seem very straightforward and fair. He adequately explained our warranty and all functions of our new car. I have been around the block and dealt with alot of dealerships and none can even come close to compare with the wonderful service that I and my husband experienced at Lexus. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with nothing but kindness and never were made to feel uncomfortable or the pressure to buy. Not like we have felt in the past at other dealerships. The gentleman that we met and became are sale rep. was Carlo Roccogrande. He was an absolute joy to deal with and in my opinon goes above and beyond. He made us feel like our time was valuable and that we were important. There was no sale "games" ( what I like to call when you are there for hours when numbers are being thrown back and fourth). We were given right from the start the best deal on our trade-in and on the 2010 GS350 I was looking to purchase. I really can not say enough about this man, he truely goes out of his way to see that customers at Lexus are completely satisified. I can say without a doubt that dealing with everyone on the Lexus team was pleasurable, and when that time comes around from me to trade-in again I will be bringing my business back to Lexus MotorWorld and paying Carlo a visit!
