I was very pleased with the customer service of all employees that were part of my purchase. The sales manager, Jim and finance manager, Tom worked diligently with Peter to allow us to take our new Lexus home that evening. Considering it was New Year's Eve around 3:45 that was impressive. The dealership closed at 5 p.m. but all three were still there with us making sure we completed the deal. The customer service went so above and beyond, I told Peter and Jim how I loved the Lexus to Remember commercial with the red bow and how I wanted a picture for my facebook with a big red bow on my new Lexus. Both were more than happy to take a bow off a vehicle in the showroom and put it on my Lexus and then take pictures of it with my husband and I in front of the car. This of course was after the store technically closed. I can't say enough about the treatment we received from the salesman Peter and the two other gentlemen in the Lexus department. More
