My wife and I considered an Acura MDX and a Lexus RX 350. We initially worked with an Acura salesperson, who also showed us the Lexus (The Lexus showroom was just a few feet away in the same dealership). We decided on the Lexus, and purchased it on 2/19/11. The purchase experience was unpleasant for the following reasons: 1. It took over 1.5 hours to be able to sign the necessary paperwork when we were told it would be only 45 minutes, 2. the dealership was turning off the lights and shutting down by the time we completed the paperwork - we felt "hustled out" at the end of the day, and 3. the Acura salesperson was assigned to go over our new car and familiarize me with it, and he was not as knowledgeable about the vehicle as a Lexus salesperson would have been. This was a very unsatisfying experience, and I didn't feel I really understood the car like I should have. I just knew enough to be able to drive the car home in the dark. He was unable to sync my phone to the navigation system before I left (I was able to accomplish this the next day in 30 seconds when following instructions in the Owners Manual). This is not what you expect when you purchase a $50k vehicle. I called the dealership to complain the next business day, and the customer service person took careful notes about my concerns. The Sales Manager, Jim Partington (sp?) contacted me very quickly and asked what he needed to do do to assist me and address my concerns. He was very understanding, accommodating, and professional. I did return to the dealership a few days later, and a Lexus salesperson took an hour to go over the features of the car, and answer all of my questions, which should have been done when I purchased the vehicle. So, although the initial purchase experience was unpleasant, Jim, the Sales Manager, made things right, and created a very positive experience for my wife and me. We hope that this is indicative of the type of service experience we will have at Motorworld Lexus. We have owned a Lexus previously, and expect high quality service. Because Jim fixed the initial problem, I am able to give Motorworld Lexus a good recommendation. More

I am a past customer of a Lexus RX 330 I wanted to up-grade to a new RX350. I was very pleased with the RX330 so I went back to MotorWorld to get my new one. I enjoyed working with sales rep Jack Butcher. He is a true professional and knows all about the Lexus vehicles. Aldo was great, not aggressive, extremely patient and friendly. I was unsure of this purchase at first and actually drove the vehicle on 3 seperate occasions, Aldo was not pushy and understood that this friendly. I was very pleased with the customer service of all employees that were part of my purchase. The sales manager, Jim and finance manager, Tom worked diligently with Peter to allow us to take our new Lexus home that evening. Considering it was New Year's Eve around 3:45 that was impressive. The dealership closed at 5 p.m. but all three were still there with us making sure we completed the deal. The customer service went so above and beyond, I told Peter and Jim how I loved the Lexus to Remember commercial with the red bow and how I wanted a picture for my facebook with a big red bow on my new Lexus. Both were more than happy to take a bow off a vehicle in the showroom and put it on my Lexus and then take pictures of it with my husband and I in front of the car. This of course was after the store technically closed. I can't say enough about the treatment we received from the salesman Peter and the two other gentlemen in the Lexus department. More
