We found Motor World on the internet and took a chance to visit them even though they were an hour and a half away from our home and there was another Lexus dealership 10 minutes from our place. Throughout our car buying experience, Carlo made us feel at ease and made the entire process of buying a car a pleasure. In addition to that the entire staff who came in contact with us from management to the folks in the service area displayed nothing but the best professionalism. We bought the Lexus HS250H (in mid December) and are very happy with it. To rectify a minor issue the service desk at Motor World went above and beyond our expectations. My wife and I are happily recommending Motor World and Carlo (as their initial point of contact) to all family and friends. After the purchase Carlo and his Tech person Derek explained the vehicle to us, as we were not familiar with all the features and Derek set up the Bluetooth, answered all of our questions and we never felt rushed.
