The process was seamless, smooth and John took the time to keep me updated throughout and even helped booked a one way rental for me when it was time to pick up my new vehicle. William Crockett in billing was very patient and detailed while working with me on the paper work and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I have a Lexus dealership 20 mins from my place but I tried MotorWorld which is 1 1/2 hours away and I am glad I did. I would highly recommend this dealership and give them full 5 points. More
