Ray was great. He helped me after the service department was closed and got me in to a loaner vehicle so I wasn't stranded. It is nice to deal with someone who is considerate of other people's needs. I bought 2015 jeep renegade brand new at another dealer and its been a lemon we are talking many so many visits for manufacturers defects i lost count ,I've been coming to motoword cause its the nearest de and its been a lemon we are talking many so many visits for manufacturers defects i lost count ,I've been coming to motoword cause its the nearest dealer ,everytime I go i get Ashley Triest I called prior to my visit and begged for a different service advisor ,the new service manager ,,,,I said right away when they walked to me I don't want her and he says its fine she will be ok ,the entire order for my oil change and my tire which I waited 10 days to come in and was sitting done when I called to find out she went on vacation you can't leave someone for 20 days without a spare when I pay almost 300 to mount and balance a spare ,and after fixing manufacturers defects at this visit I leave a week later now my transmission is out the light on the oil change which was done came on almost immediately after leaving and im not even getting basic things like a car wash with my oil change and tire rotation constantly treated poorly,,the previous visit before they fired Kyle he would say she gone for the day after screwing work up and I would be there already and there working together lying to me ,and then I come back to get a same advisor and the foolish service manager who thought he could clean this up great job ,now I have another appointment Monday at 3 to here what nonsense there going to say now the car was working before I brought it in and now its got more lights than my Xmas tree on and warnings this is like the 25th problem with this jeep and service and its widely known the jeeps are lemons theres lawsuits and all kinds of stuff I need to be made whole by jeep I paid cash for this brand new care I never got to barely drive over 5 years ,seeing its there more then with me ,oh how about my sun roof manufacturers defects that time had my care for 2 months, enough is enough there no possible way fix my review of service at motor world it just sucks and jeeps are lemons I got people pulling up in 2018 saying hey does your start when it rains s lol 😆 there lemons entire vehicle they can't deny it cause ill pull news video after news video showing all the same problems I'm going threw and worse my also has all the warranty paid in full as well as and its still xxxx ,Ashley charged me a 150 dollar deductible for 2 visor plastic clips I spend alot of money there by I have to keep returning everyday and week after they are supposed of repaired this car my first new car buying experience. The worst service I've ever had ,and I dont want Ashley again if she's not checking that her cars are done right amd all is good what are they doing that they act like there's no time for talking ,you left me.with a.broken vehicle for weeks after an oil change there the first message is oil change needed you just did it now nothing is working right .let's be clear all the most trouble I've had were after service appointments there at motorworld and with Kyle and Ashley and now the new guy who I told I begged for a new advisor said it was going to be ok so is it OK new service manager my whole truck is busted after you guys changed the oil transmission not working and its oil change warning transmission services warnings check engine the worst service at there there no way to make me whole the vehicle ruined by your techs that cant seem to fix the car the first time More

The first truck we brought into the service dept. for a noise coming from the front end, the pas We purchased two new vehicles from Ram at MotorWorld. The first truck we brought into the service dept. for a noise coming from the front end, the passenger seat not returning back up right if reclined back, and the a/c not blowing cold air. Service dept confirmed all of these complaints/issues we were having. 13 days later the truck was ready for us to pick up. We did not even pull out of the service dept area of the dealership and we hear a new noise coming from the passenger seat. We went right back to the service advisors and demonstrated the noise for them. The manager called the technician that worked on the truck to come up and take a look at the seat to help figure out what would be causing this. The tech said that he did not touch that part of the seat, yet the service advisor and the paperwork I have states that they had to remove the whole passenger seat from vehicle to replace a part. It was near close of business time and the service advisor said that we would have to schedule a time to bring the truck back in. Okay fine, thinking that they already closed out the first case and now this is going to be a new case, we were thinking that she would call us back the next day to reschedule. Nope, no phone call. A few days go by and now the original noise from the front end of the truck is back. We called to find out what was going on with the seat and when we could now bring the truck in for them to figure out what is going on with the front end. They tell us they are booked until the end of September and that is the earliest we can come in. The manager comes on the line and tells us that he will find out when is the soonest he can get us to come back in this week. He calls and leaves a voicemail a few days later at 4:20 PM and tells us that he has a loaner and is able to get me in BUT he's leaving at 5 PM. The very next day shortly after they opened we head over to the service dept to drop the truck back off and pick up the loaner. They tell us that they are now out of loaners and he didn't know we were coming in today. Now he is scrambling to find us a loaner and to schedule us back in for service. As of today this truck is fine, no noises. I haven't really had time to test the A/C. For the next truck, we booked this appointment on July 10th for today August 7th. We scheduled it with the same service advisor. We go to the appointment to drop the truck off, explain the issues we are having, checks us all in and then tells us she doesn't have any loaners available. When clearly there were about 4-5 sitting in the lot and it was first thing in the morning. So now we had to reschedule this appointment for a month out because that is when they will be able to have a loaner available. Overall it is bad business and terrible customer service. Yes, they fixed the issues we had with the first truck but it should've been handled a lot different. They should've reopened the case when we turned around in their lot and fixed the issue right then and there. Or because we were having the same issue reoccur then they should've done whatever they could have done to squeeze me in ASAP to resolve the issues. It wasn't until after we called FCA to file a complaint about the service dept. that the manger got involved and said he had a loaner available but then really didn't. It is just very frustrating that we have had to waste our time. Hopefully when we go back in a month for the second truck they will have everything ready for us and we will not have to go through this again. More
