I can’t even give it a one star 3ring circus had an appointment received text confirming appt. I arrived at service dept they stated I did not have appt. I showed them my text confirming appt. They sta appointment received text confirming appt. I arrived at service dept they stated I did not have appt. I showed them my text confirming appt. They stated I didn’t have an appt. I stated I didn’t text this to my self it’s from motorworld the service dept. instructed me to drive my vehicle to collision and body I drive down there and they rudely asked me what am I doing down her only authorized personal are permitted to drive down here I explained they stated I didn’t have an appt. and they didn’t have time to drive my vehicle down because they at service don’t have time I again showed my text message confirming my appt. James spent one hour looking over my hinge corrosion and stated I needed 6 new hinges and go back to service to schedule and paperwork for warranty I asked James to please call the service dept to let them know I will be going there again I arrive there they stated I don’t have an appt. 3 hours again 3 hours there and Crystal set appt in my present approx. 3 days previous in service appt and everyone states no appt. If you clowns can’t make an appt. No way can you perform a repair You can’t even be rated you are the worst by far you suck!!! Big time More

I brought my Jeep in for a computer issue, then an alighnment. I was taken care of promptly and courteously.
