A few weeks ago I purchased a 2022 RAM Badlander from Mike. He was AWESOME to work with. He listened very carefully to my requirements & directed me to several vehicles that met them. He was great to work with - great communications before I arrived (I drove up from Harrisburg, PA), listened to my needs, spent a lot of time going over everything without seeming rushed or distracted in any way (something I've experienced with salespeople in the past) & great communications after the sale. I have purchased literally dozens of new cars over my 54 years of driving (around three dozen actually) & Mike was one of the best, salespeople (if not the best), that I've dealt with !!! Couldn't have been happier with the experience at Motor World & Mike definitely must have sold me the right vehicle - because I'm totally in love with my new RAM 1500 Badlander !!! More

I brought my Jeep in for a computer issue, then an alighnment. I was taken care of promptly and courteously. Rachel is really down to earth and is a pleasure to talk to, even on other topics (I caught alighnment. I was taken care of promptly and courteously. Rachel is really down to earth and is a pleasure to talk to, even on other topics (I caught her on a quick break while I was waiting for my vehicle). She knows the ins and outs of her job well, and it's very easy to communicate with her by text or calling if I have any questions about anything at all! Also kept me up to speed as the work was in progress. Morgan also assisted while Rachel was out for a few days, no one missed a beat. This is what I'd expect from a good car dealer.
