Total lack of communication on management part. My son was going to buy a new Gladiator, told everything was approved, $22k for his trade and needed co-signer's signature on title before picking up My son was going to buy a new Gladiator, told everything was approved, $22k for his trade and needed co-signer's signature on title before picking up. Signed all the paperwork on 21 Jul and they tried to give him $3k less on his trade. Finance guy didn't even explain any of the numbers. Notified the day of pick up (22 Jul) that financing was not approved and that the income submitted was biweekly instead of monthly. Following Monday, son receives an email from Ray Novack congratulating him on his new purchase. Then he gets another email from Ray Novack on 5 Aug about enjoying his new Gladiator and explaining the service department. How far out of touch can someone be? I emailed Ray Novack and he didn't reply or acknowledge. More
