I usually dread when it is time to go and get a new car but this was one of the best dealerships I have ever visited. Everyone was very nice, I didn't feel pressured into buying a vehicle and everyone went but this was one of the best dealerships I have ever visited. Everyone was very nice, I didn't feel pressured into buying a vehicle and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. What I really liked the most was that there was no haggling. I had the salesperson and his manager working diligently to get this deal done. I have NEVER been more satisfied with a transaction in my shopping for new vehicle life! I did have an exceptional deal on the table from another dealership and these folks went to bat and got me what I believe to be an even better deal. I thank you for this survey as I am now able to express how satisfied I was. I've been in customer service (in a variety of actual positions) for over 25 years and I know good quality accommodations when I see them. Please understand I had no intentions of leaving with a vehicle from Motorworld or the other dealership on Saturday August 30. My intentions were to get the best deal and think about it until Tuesday September 2. My plans for this were clearly changed when I was given a deal that nobody in their right mind would ever have to think about. Thanks again for all involved.
