When he knew we were going to anopther dealer to look at a similar vehicle he called to make sure we realized that not all SXT caravan's came with a power liftgate as he knew that was a feature we were interested in and the vehicle we looked at at a different dealership did not have the power liftgate and I thought if it had power doors it would also have a power liftgate but not true. Everyone else wanted to sell something that I didn't want or need in the vehicle. Since I had all the info available, we sat down and built the vehicle I wanted and settled on a very fair price. Just because he took the time to listen to what I wanted, it took about 20 minutes for the sale. I'm sure Mike was as happy as I was. Mr. Burgess then called me on a Saturday morning a few months later to let me know there were some special rebates in effect I might be interested in and had already located a vehicle with the options I was looking for. I went to the dealership a few hours later, completed the paperwork and picked up the new vehicle two days later. It was a very easy and pleasant process, even when my kids were making noise and running around! The paperwork was also completed very efficiently and the turn-in process for my old vehicle was painless! I leased two new vehicles from a different dealership and each had slight defects. I tried to get a 2007 Jeep unlimited in 2006, but a different jeep dealer wouldn't give me much for my trade so we bought a saturn. Good move. Our experience was very good. We went there with a couple cars in mind, chosen from our internet search. We met with Richard Moore and he suggested a new arrival he had liked and it only had 16000 mi couple cars in mind, chosen from our internet search. Although the Sebring was a year older, it drove nicer and had less miles on it and was nicely kept. We would have never thought to look at that car. We ended up buying the Sebring.
