I have dealt with this dealer for several years, and have been satisfied with the service performed on the vehicle that i traded in (2000 Grand Jeep Cherokee). The salesman was extremely knowledgeable when a been satisfied with the service performed on the vehicle that i traded in (2000 Grand Jeep Cherokee). The salesman was extremely knowledgeable when asked about the various options concerning the vehicles in question (Jeep Compass and Patriot). It was a very low pressure experience (intially i was only looking and not that interested in buying)the salesman understood this (other dealers/vehicles that i went to just walked away)and took his time to answer any questions i had and we test drove a few vehicles. What i got for my trade in was (what i thought) fair, and i was surprised as to how close their offer and what i wanted for it were (a difference of $200.00). I have had the new (2011 Jeep Compass) a little over a week now and (knock on wood)i'm happy with it. More

This purchase was probably the best experance that I have ever had buying a car. Dale was very friendly, respectful, and personable. All of the other people at the dealership were great too. The manager stopped to introduce himself and I was made to feel very important and valued. Dale went over the top when he transferred all of my "stuff" from my old van to the new one. I can't say enough how much that meant to me. He also had a great deal of patience with me as he showed me how to operate all the features that I wasn't familar with. Jack approached us upon entry. I told him I was waiting for a different salesman who was not available at the time. He took the initiative telling us that he would be happy to "take care of" us until the for a different salesman who was not available at the time. He proved to be a helper beyond expectations, especially knowing that we did not anticipate doing business with him. It turned out that the other salesman was unable to meet with us and I must say I couldn't be happier. Jack was so personable, reasonable, and easy to be with; answering any and all of our questions and concerns. If all salesmen could take lessons from Jack what a wonderful experience everyone would have when in the market to purchase a new vehicle. By the way, I thought he resembled Jerry Seinfeld and called him Jerry from the get-go and his only negative reaction was stating that he didn't have the same wallet contents as the real Jerry.
