So at this point its may 13th 2021 im back at motorworld with my 2015 renegade ,i worked with rob dudek on my last visit and had my new transmissions installed and they refunded the 100dollars for the visor screws ,and im back cause my sun roof thats new and transmission making noise they say maybe a computer update will fix that ,and the sun roof seems to work fine today ,im very disappointed in rob dudek , take my calls when i call, i leave a message, never rerurn calls terrible service,and then i call talk with tiffany ,shes like robs sitiing here lol ,never called and sent to his boss which gave it to ceasar . and with all that i cannot even make a better review i have a lemon ,and unfornately i get all my work done by this dealer ,and not once from 2018 to present has anyone ever did a walk around or put paper on my floor or plastic on my seats no carwash ever, when i worked at the car dealers many of them we did all these things ,i get nothing i get treated like bare basics ,they work half xxx, if you wanna be an ambassador of selling jeep products ,do it with your whole heart leave your laziness at home ,,at the end of my visit today i was helped ,by ceasar who did great job worked with me and made me happy today for the first time i feel ive gotten someone to help and listen ,he did all the walk around and found problems and other issues i didnt know about ,so kudos to ceasar for working hard ,and giving service that makes me.wanna return

So far since my last visit the jeep has failed again not sure whats going on they put a new trans in and updated some code and i recieved a letter that if the code update before i got the letter was for engines eating oil they rebuild at there cost lol ' the the new trans is thumping at every stop and go and nocking into gear searching for gears shifting all over and now its not starting and its acting hay wire the car is giving many warnings i took video of it its awful i never have a reliable car ' motorworld has been great heping me threw this but its just not enough ' im not the ambassdor of jeep i didnt choose to sell jeep products so naturally my nearest dealer is my link to jeep but i paid for a vechile that failed out the door and ever since im trapped with this this vechile that has been virtually been rebuilt new and its still not working 😕

Ok yes i have to contact you again i cant make one oil change without the service engine light or a problem at every oil change since purchase ,im defeated ,with the jeep 72000 miles in new condition fails so much ill ca you in January's im almost do for oil change and we can do the check the problem this time plus my regular maintenance ☹

Yes, Ray worked to find a plan that would work, granted worse terms and much much higher payment. I tried to minimize the unpleasantness several times but with no avail. I was told several times this is how they do business. 😬 I do want to WARN the general public about the THREE phase system they have in place. The first phase is with the sales person. The second phase is with the Brand/Sales Manager. The Third phase with the Financial closer. No matter how often it is stated "all good or done deal" during the first and second phase, the true terms and payment amount will not be disclosed until the THIRD phase. This gives plenty of opportunities to play the blame game. Plus they will run your credit several times as needed with out notifying you of how often. I would like to give a shout out to Dennis. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, options and packages. He was very patient in finding a vehicle we fell in Love with. He was the only positive aspect of this horrific endeavor.
