Very unprofessional salesman. Spoke to Adam, told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and after letting us know he didn’t have what we were looking for at the moment, and as Spoke to Adam, told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and after letting us know he didn’t have what we were looking for at the moment, and as my husband was telling him to keep us in mind if he did come across the vehicle we are looking for, Adam just hung up on him. When we called back Adam simply stated he felt there was nothing else to say. In other words didn’t want our business because he had to do some leg work. Find a new dealership to work with. More

Be careful of getting your vehicle serviced at MotorWorld Acura. They are big on up-selling service when it's not necessary. They said I needed several additional items including brake pads. Had my vehicle Acura. They are big on up-selling service when it's not necessary. They said I needed several additional items including brake pads. Had my vehicle checked else where and all additional items they mentioned are in good shape and don't require service; was told from an outside place I have over half the life left on my current brake pads.
