This was my first experience with MotorWorld and my first Acura. George was very thorough and knowledgeable when explaining all the features of the Acura RDX. I did not expect to bring my new car home as it Acura. George was very thorough and knowledgeable when explaining all the features of the Acura RDX. I did not expect to bring my new car home as it was already later in the evening when I came to test drive the car, but George and the finance manager Sean stayed late to get me into my car that night. Although I thought he had already gave a very detailed overview of the car, George said there were still a few other features of the car to go over, however, I opted not to at that time because it was late and I had over an hour to drive home. George followed-up with me the following day reminding me to stop in anytime if I ever wanted to go over them. There was no pressure and the whole experience was smooth and quick thanks to George and Sean’s dedication, knowledge and professionalism. More

Everybody I’ve dealt with there - especially Jen! - has been honest, considerate, patient, polite, and competent despite the hassles we’ve all endured lately. I feel like they know me and want to keep me as a customer. I should mention that I really like my RDX and they keep it in great condition - they check my car thoroughly each visit and update me on its condition. They don’t push unnecessary work. Mostly, they all go the extra mile. More

Went in for an oil change and alignment two months ago. Was told at the time the camber kit would need to be replaced but was assured it wasn’t an issue so it didn’t need to be done. Went back for an oil change and rotation and sure enough, my tires warn drastically! I was told that the part was $24 and the cost for everything would be $280.I was also told they would get me tire prices but they never did. Sure enough, they assumed I wanted the tires. They also failed to mention the price didn’t include an alignment so I was charged an extra $100. I wouldn't have a problem if they presented me with the correct costs at the start. More
We just purchased a 2022 Acura RDX Aspec Advance and Dustin was phenomenal. We ordered the car in April, took a little longer to get then we hoped (not MotorWorlds fault at all) but Dustin kept me updat Dustin was phenomenal.
