Nobody worked to rectify anything. Shelley offered to put me in a new car, but marked up the price on every one I asked for. They want a higher monthly payment than I have now for cars that are $6,000 less MSRP. She then told me “their job at the dealership” was to fix my engine that blew on a brand new car. Not to satisfy and retain customers. I also had to contact an attorney before anyone thought they even needed to call me back. Do. Not. Come. Here.
