My 2022 ILX broke down in Pa. I live in NJ and bought my car in Nj. My car was under warranty and my dealer has verified this. Tried going to Honda next door and had no luck with their management. D***head to be honest, tried to bend us over on a lease turn in which was our 3rd Honda through that dealer. The staff at Acura went above and beyond, they were polite, personable, laid back and not pressuring. I think it speaks for itself when the staff from a different brand out performs said brand on their own product and customer service skills. Seems like Honda Motorworld Wilkes Barre needs some new leadership! With that being said, go see the guys at Acura, they can sell any brand on the lot! More

This was my first experience with MotorWorld and my first Acura. George was very thorough and knowledgeable when explaining all the features of the Acura RDX. I did not expect to bring my new car home as it Acura. George was very thorough and knowledgeable when explaining all the features of the Acura RDX. I did not expect to bring my new car home as it was already later in the evening when I came to test drive the car, but George and the finance manager Sean stayed late to get me into my car that night. Although I thought he had already gave a very detailed overview of the car, George said there were still a few other features of the car to go over, however, I opted not to at that time because it was late and I had over an hour to drive home. George followed-up with me the following day reminding me to stop in anytime if I ever wanted to go over them. There was no pressure and the whole experience was smooth and quick thanks to George and Sean’s dedication, knowledge and professionalism. More

A good dealership remembers you, cares about your satisfaction with your experience with your car and dealership, and provides professional service even during the difficult times we have now - parts shortages, inflation, all that. Everybody I’ve dealt with there - especially Jen! - has been honest, considerate, patient, polite, and competent despite the hassles we’ve all endured lately. I feel like they know me and want to keep me as a customer. I should mention that I really like my RDX and they keep it in great condition - they check my car thoroughly each visit and update me on its condition. They don’t push unnecessary work.
