I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience I had with Motorworld. I thought the professionalism and courtesy was second to none. Everyone from Kate and Andy the Toyota service advisors to the technician that performed the work on my '05 Tacoma was top rate. I bought my vehicle from Motorworld and have always had it serviced there too, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the way I am treated. Every time I go to Motorworld whether it's a routine oil and lube or a state inspection the courtesy and professionalism is always spot on. I have been getting my oil changed at motorworld for several years because 1. I don't have to leave my car; 2. It is fast; 3. They show me the oil on the dip stick after the oil is changed. This is the second Acura we have leased from Motorworld. We were lucky enough to deal with George Kocher, the Acura sales representative. The service department is very prompt. At the time of the appointment, the service advisor is waiting for the car. Any questions are answered immediately. You are told what is going to be done and the approxiamte cost. The car is taken to the service dept. immediately, while the customer is taken courteousaly to the waiting room. The wait for the vehicle is manageable and never too long. The serivce is excellent. After the car is ready, the service advisor goes over the bill to insure that the customer is satisfied. It is always easy to make a convenient appointment. More

No one was ever pushy with me, and all my questions were answered immediately (or I was put into contact with someone who could answer it). Most important of all - I got a good price up front. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased, and the sales staff at Motorworld really made it an effortless process. I was amazed at the professionalism of all staff I dealt with at Motorworld, when compared to other dealerships I have recently visited. I previously had a Lexus GX-470, but, after test driving the Acura, and getting the price, I decided to switch, which I never expected, since I really loved my Lexus. Customer service was top-notch.
