Overall Outstanding Experience! I traded my 2011 Subaru Legacy for a fully loaded 2018 Acura RDX. My husband and I had intentions to only 'look around" on a beautiful Friday afternoo I traded my 2011 Subaru Legacy for a fully loaded 2018 Acura RDX. My husband and I had intentions to only 'look around" on a beautiful Friday afternoon. The knowledge and information Phil Verini (our Sale Specialist) and the other sales members shared with us regarding the different models of RDX's along with Acura's integrity persuaded us otherwise. The process was enjoyable. There was no pressure to purchase or even test drive any vehicle. It was at our leisure, so eventually we did test drive the RDX and we fell in love! We did not feel rushed. Phil took time to go over many of the features of the RDX. He introduced me to features I didn't even know existed! Phil is personable, trustworthy, and accommodating. We purchased the car over 2 days (Friday into Saturday) because I work a crazy third shift schedule and when we went to pick up the RDX on Saturday morning it was donned with a big red bow! In no time we were off and running! More

Service is nonexistent!!! The alarm was going off on my Acura spontaneously. All hours of the day. Called for appt told 9 days. Asked to speak to a service speciallist told will call. after 2 days and three non returned calls I stop at the dealership. Told nothing they can do for 9 days. Got upset told can leave car. Assuming for 9 days I got very upset. Said what am I going to do for a car. For 9 days. Then they tell me it will be 48hrs. Why couldn't someone do this 3 days ago!!!! More

No pushing salesmans, no pressure, just professional and friendly advice from Jim McGrath. Tom Casey an Acura manager gave us a great deal. We did not have to worry about anything, Jim even made a call for us to our insurance company and our temporary insurance cards were emailed to him right away. All time that we spent at the dealership we were treated like a royalty. We can't say enough about how graitful we are for all the attention we've got and are very happy driving our new car. Horrible job/ rip off Don't go to motorworld, I needed rack & pinion, motor mounts, motor blower, wheel sensor,and all the work they did without parts cost 1400.00 and all Don't go to motorworld, I needed rack & pinion, motor mounts, motor blower, wheel sensor,and all the work they did without parts cost 1400.00 and all the work they did was horrible and they would not return my calls to have it done right. 3different mechanics that I went to, just to verify if there work was done right all had said the same thing added that motorworld does not do good work unless it's something easy there mechanics are useless and you pay basically for them to mess your car up more. Cause on top of the work they messed up they broke my tire rod while at it More
