Love my new Acura I recently purchased an Acura RDX. It is a certified preowned with 10,000 miles on it. It is absolutely beautiful and loaded! Still in the learning process of all the fantastic features. My sales person was Neil McCann, who was very knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth, and very easy to communicate with. Also enjoyed meeting Tom Casey, who was also very welcoming and accommodating. I would certainly spread the word to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to check out MotorWorld first. More

For example, Craig Wilson, my current service consultant arranged for a loaner so the team could diagnose the noise I hear coming from the engine, while working around my nightshift work schedule. My Acura has more than 238K miles, but the team at Motorworld keeps my 2007 running well. There were some challenges with reaching the service consultants with the old phone system, but the recent upgrade with the text message system has made communications much easier. More

When I decided I wanted to look at the upgraded version of my vehicle the first person I thought of & called was Dustin Hettrich, as he was the sales representative I dealt with when purchasing my first Acura. Dustin & his sales manager Tom Casey are both knowledgeable, courteous & professional. If/when I decide to purchase another Acura I will be sure to call Dustin Hettrich first, again! More

Regular Service Maintenance I was very happy with the service today. Took my car in at appointment time, reviewed the service technicians report with me and I was out the door in I was very happy with the service today. Took my car in at appointment time, reviewed the service technicians report with me and I was out the door in an hour. The only complaint is that my car is supposed to be washed before it's returned to me and that hasn't happened in 2 years. I would have given 5 stars for quality of service if my car would have been washed. More
