Got a review and test drive of the Acura RDX from Mike who introduced us to Tom. Tom was straight forward, very informative of his Brand and the other vehicles and made us feel he was the best representative of all the vehicle Sales persons we met today. As we move to a final decision we will include Acura because of Tom. More
The customer isn't right anymore You be the judge. During our sales experience, Dustin mentioned, as an added perk, oil changes and their valet service. I stated that I have always You be the judge. During our sales experience, Dustin mentioned, as an added perk, oil changes and their valet service. I stated that I have always done my own oil changes. His next words were "They are complimentary for the life of this lease." We utilized the valet service for the first oil change. When I explained to our scheduler about the complimentary oil changes, she put me on hold in order to consult with Dustin. The first one was no-cost. However, I brought the car in for the second oil change and was then told by the service manager that they were not included. He suggested I go speak with my salesman. Dustin and his Brand Manager, Tom Casey, both said that they never include free oil changes. Dustin said that the first oil change was complimentary from Acura using some coupon, and that what he meant by "complimentary" was referring to the valet service. It is clear to me that my wife and I were both mislead because we both inferred the same conclusion from the words Dustin used "complimentary for the life of the lease". However, Dustin nor Tom were interested in making this right with me because the customer isn't always right at Motorworld Acura. Earning a customer's business is supposed to mean more than standing there, staring at me, waiting for me to leave. This is what Dustin and Tom did when it was clear that Dustin's phrasing was deceptive. I would like to think that Dustin didn't do this deliberately just to seal a deal. Assuming that is true, what better reason than this mix-up to make every effort to keep a customer by doing the hard thing in order to make this right? At a minimum, they should have comped this service with the understanding that, moving forward, with their apologies, future oil changes would not be complimentary. This would have cost them very little. Instead, it cost them my future business and hopefully yours. My advice would be to choose your salesman and your dealership more wisely that did we. More
Frustrating ACURA This dealership sells you on its ability to easily set up a service and come with a loaner and take your car back. Not so fast. I have trie ACURA This dealership sells you on its ability to easily set up a service and come with a loaner and take your car back. Not so fast. I have tried this service three times. Your calls go a call center who tries to set up and appointment in 60 days...60 days. They finally agree to an appointment within two weeks only if you complain. This time I sent for a recall and a noise in the front tires when not using the brakes. I get a call that says they can’t recreate. I sincerely believe they never took it out for a test. Then they return my car with a huge screw in the tire. I call to complain and the response...stuff happens. This is by far the worst service I have ever seen. All cars are manufactured the same. It’s all in the service...they fall flat. More

They were transparent on the best price they could offer and we never felt rushed or pressurized to make a decision. Altogether, we came away very happy wit the whole buying experience. More
