They offered more for my car than the Acura dealership in Carlisle and I felt more valued as a customer at this dealership than the dealership in Carlisle. Thanks, George! More

We can’t say enough good things about MotorWorld! We have been purchasing automobiles from them for approximately 20 years, and have ALWAYS been treated respectfully. This year, our 2 daughters each purchased new Acura RDX’s. They were very pleased! They appreciated working with George Thomas, who patiently explained the process’s of buying cars to them, and showed them the functional benefits, and details of their cars. They absolutely LOVED the experience of being in their 20’s, treated respectfully as adults, and making their own decisions about their purchase, which they each did on their own, without our assistance. George couldn’t have been more professional! He took great care of them! we feel good that they are driving excellent quality vehicles ! Most recently, I decided to sell my car to the Dealer, after receiving a mailing from them, showing interest in purchasing my car. I was hesitant, because my car was nearly paid off, and I loved the gas mileage benefits. I didn’t want to have a car payment, and I had fully intended to keep my younger daughter’s car, due to the excellent condition it was in, low mileage, and especially the low monthly payments! After speaking to George, I realized that I could also trade in my daughter’s car, towards a newer vehicle. I loved the lower payment of my daughter’s car, and I’m not materialistic at all. I was completely fine with driving hers, which also was not very old, and had no issues. Unfortunately, each of our daughters and myself, drive an hour or more to work. They love their new cars, and feel very safe in them, and comfortable driving them in adverse weather conditions. My younger daughter specifically purchased her new car, because she didn’t feel comfortable or safe driving in the snow with the one she had, because it was lower to the ground. Would I feel the same? I get driving fatigue, and I definitely needed the security of having a safe car. So, I asked George to show me two RDX’s on the lot. I was drawn to George’s calm demeanor, and his honesty. I felt that he was trustworthy. I especially liked that he knew the previous owner of the car that I was interested in. He explained that the previous owner also purchased several vehicles from him, and the owner took very good care of his vehicles, keeping them in the garage. After I drove that car, I understood the need to have it, for my own safety. I feel like I have not only a better view of the roadway, but better control of the car. My decision was made! I’m grateful for having gone to MotorWorld that day! The day was long, George again, was very professional, and very patient! I honestly think we were there when they opened, and definitely, when they closed! As we told George, we have a third daughter, and we WILL be back to work with him again, within the next year! Motorworld has an asset, with George as their employee. He’s professional and excellent with customers of any age, interested in their needs, and seeks to fulfill it, in the most efficient, calming , respectful manner. He’s very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot, and he’s relates to you in knowing and explaining if one car is better for you than another, and why. Honestly, in our current environment, where most employees don’t even care, George is very rare. You just don’t find a salesman like that anywhere. Our family was definitely blessed to have had him take care of us, and hopefully he will still be there when we go back again in 2025! More

I purchased a car at this dealership roughly 3 months ago. I live in New York, but I was having some car trouble and decided to trade my car in rather than fix it while being in Pennsylvania. My sales person Hannah and the sales manager Tom both helped with the transaction. Before leaving the dealership, we noticed that one of the rear row headrest were missing in the car. Tom, the sales manager assured me that they were going to call the previous owner of the vehicle to see if they had the headrest at home. After driving back to New York with the vehicle, I contacted Hannah my sales person, and she confirmed that the head rest was in fact dropped off. I offered to send her a shipping label at my expense to have the headrest shipped to me directly instead of making the 3+ hour commute. She insisted that she would get back to me. I have now called the dealership at least dozen times and asked to speak with Hannah or Tom and have left multiple voicemails and neither of them have returned my call. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and Customer service. I used to work for Acura from 2014 to 2019 and have always owned them. I'm a huge fan. I was a top sales person at my dealership throughout my tenure. If I would've treated my customers the way I have been treated I would never have been successful. Cautious when buying a vehicle at this dealership as they were nice to me prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. If I had an option, and knew the quality of communication I would've received prior to purchasing my vehicle at that dealership, I would have purchased anywhere else but here. Buyer beware! More
