Buying a car was fun! I recommend Motor Werks! I am one of those people who does crazy online research before I even step foot into a dealership, so walking in I knew the exact car I wanted, the pr I am one of those people who does crazy online research before I even step foot into a dealership, so walking in I knew the exact car I wanted, the price, the financing, etc. Going to other dealerships I have found that I still end up spending about 10 hours of my day there haggling, even though I normally tell them up-front exactly what I am willing to pay. THANKFULLY, I went to Motor Werks and Carolyna Janota was my salesperson! She is personable, professional and had the same goals as me. She listened well to my needs, my offer, and cared about me as a person first (not just a buyer). Sales Manager Geno Cabana jumped in for the final state of bargaining, but was professional, kind and reasonable. which all went quickly and honored my time. Thank you! I did have to wait a bit for a financing person to be free, which seemed to be the downside of the day, but then I ended up having a wonderful conversation with sales person Ali Nauraiz for about 20 minutes, which made the time fly! I felt like not only had I purchased a car, but I had an enjoyable day and made some friends in the process! Not what I expected. Financing Manager Ryan Durso was next up, and was so knowledgeable about the financing process that I learned a ton! Thank you! Then it was time to leave: Carolyna personally walked me out. We found Ali outside putting my new license plates on, and then Geno came outside to say goodbye and to introduce me to Viecente, a porter who would be following me home in my new car so that I could drive my existing car home. I thought the experience was over, but upon driving Viecente back to Motor Werks we had such a great conversation that once again I was bowled over by how fun the car buying experience had been. TIP: Practically I had read online that showing up in the middle of the week is best, since most dealerships are not as busy during those days, and I found that to be helpful! I think that this is probably true of Motor Werks since it was not overly busy, which allowed them the time to give me even more personalized service. Bonus: They offered me free car washes there in the future! Yes, please. Again, THANK YOU to MOTOR WERKS for your professionalism, experience, and making it fun! Well done gents, well done! We are a typical midwestern family (mom, dad and two young kids) hunting for a new vehicle after work on a Tuesday night. Coming down from Wisconsin, We are a typical midwestern family (mom, dad and two young kids) hunting for a new vehicle after work on a Tuesday night. Coming down from Wisconsin, everyone is tired, hungry and watching the clock because the kids start getting crazy around bedtime; needless to say, we don't have a lot of time to screw around. Starting with an email inquiry, Kathryn held our hand all the way to the dealership. She facilitated a number of conversations (sales, finance, other) understanding time would be tight. Once onsite our salesman Ali (1/2 salesman, 1/2 babysitter) met our every request (including a stop at McDonalds to feed the kiddo's). The first vehicle we test drove didn't do it. Good price, just not for us. Starting to get worried that the trip could possibly be a bust, Ali and the team searched the HUGE inventory and found another vehicle that peaked our interest. We quickly determined this was the one and moved to finance. Paul (Sales Manager) and Michael (Finance) took it from there working through things like, obtaining insurance information after business hrs, obtaining the title from our trade in, working with a customer from WI, financing, the list goes on an on. There has always been a concern buying a car from out of state. Some of it the distance, some of it the myth that IL cars are held to a different standard that WI vehicles, etc. etc. All I can say is that in less than 3 hrs, we drove out of Motor Works, IL with happy kids, very pleased parents, and a vehicle/ dealership we trust and have complete confidence in. More

Great experience I spoke to a few sales people from different Infiniti dealers including Michael and exchanged a few emails, I felt comfortable with Michael and truste I spoke to a few sales people from different Infiniti dealers including Michael and exchanged a few emails, I felt comfortable with Michael and trusted he would give me good deal. The salesperson knew what it would take for me to want to purchase the vehicle and worked hard to accomplish that. Yes, he suggested other vehicles to compare but it was not a push only a recommendation. He did not try to add a thousand different options on what we told him initially we wanted. I appreciated that as to do the opposite would have turned me away. I am confident my mother will enjoy her car for the number of years she choses to drive still with little to no issues. More
