Poor Customer Service after Buying Car UPDATE: Since buying the car the customer service from this location has gotten worse over time. They never fully activated the Infiniti InTouch Se UPDATE: Since buying the car the customer service from this location has gotten worse over time. They never fully activated the Infiniti InTouch Service when we left the dealership because we were told that the Intouch was down for activations on that Saturday and it would get activated on the following Monday which never happened. They ended up trying to place blame on the service itself for not activating it. After a few phone calls the service agent told us it was not even turned on in the car this whole time. After repeated calls to the dealership my friend and I got a voice message from John the sales guy stating that this was activated upon purchase before leaving the dealership which was not true because the system had to be physically turned on by the dealership on a later date so it could not have been activated. When we finally got the opportunity to return the car to get it checked out, the person who looked at the car claimed nothing was wrong and it looked fine. After failing to correct it after the second visit the end of the trial was almost over so we never got to use it. To make matters worse, when they came to take the car back to the dealership to try and "fix" this issue, they ran through tolls and I receive a toll violation charge in the mail which they claimed they would mail us a check in order to cover the cost but after a month I have yet to receive such check. When sending an email regarding an update about this I have gotten no response at all. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had with a dealership. Starting to have buyer's remorse from getting the car here. More

Then what Alex did is what every great salesman does after answering questions (He Stopped talking) and let my wife & I talk to each other and waited for us. This is what a great salesperson does. If you are looking for any car from Motor Werks. From Infinity to Mercedes. I feel Alex can help you find your car. The great thing I liked about Alex. If Alex didn't know the answer to a to my question. Even if I already knew the answer to test him. Alex didn't make it up. He actually said "I don't know let me find out for you". Honesty goes a long way with me and Alex Blaul & Motor Werks did just that. More
