Absolutely wonderful people to work with- New Car My family has been dealing and buying INFINITI vehicles since long time.However, thsi was my 2nd visit at MOTOR WERKS in Barrington in little over tw My family has been dealing and buying INFINITI vehicles since long time.However, thsi was my 2nd visit at MOTOR WERKS in Barrington in little over two months to buy Infiniti QX 30 & QX 50.i can vouch for their excellent friendly and courtous customer service. In both instances Nina GEWARGIS and Ali Nauraz provided exceptional satisfaction. I can very easily summarize my experience that this dealership is perhaps only new car purchase/lease showroom where they ask customer preference and monthly payment they want to pay as opposed to song and dance played by sales associates , managers and finance guys insisting on come to showroom and submit an application and the rates would depend on the credit score and trade in etc plus they give you third degree about your personal, history and time wasting techniques to force buyers to walk in and start haggling. I called several different dealers of all makes and models and not a single sales guy was able to quote me an actual rate. Those days of playing games and spending hours in the show room shuffling between sales perople and managers and than finally finance guy walking in pretending to do a big favors by giving the best possible rates etc etc. I must add that NINA being a first contact upon entering the main door really gives a positive vibe with smiley face and encourages you to come in and have coffee and snacks whether you lease the car or not. NINA makes it really happen by answering all questions and concerns truthfully. Tony Guzman in the end finishes the job and shakes hands at the conclusion of the deal, More

For almost 15 years, I had excellent service with knowledgeable people. My "want" list did not match my budget. Bruce Liou never gave up searching for the perfect car for me. He kept in touch via phone, email and text. He was very helpful during multiple test drives and answered all my questions and concerns. Bruce found the perfect 2016 new Q50 with all the bells and whistles and an excellent spring sale price. Honesty I will say that the extra time Alex took with me was great. The second thing that stood out to me, was when Alex spent a lot of time explaining the car's features to me in great detail. Nina also was very thoughtful to call me to let me know that the first car I had been looking at was being sold as she was talking to me. I live about an hour away and she saved me and my wife a long drive. Moments before the photograph was taken Nina brought me a Starbucks mocha coffee. I had worked all night the night before, and I was looking for some caffeine for the drive home. Nina made that happen. The next day, Nina called me to make sure I made it home safely. Derek the finance manager was also great to work with. Derek was fun and easygoing. He made the time go by with just a lot of fun conversation. Alex, Nina and Derek are exemplary employees. More

Tony which is the sales manager was determined to make sure that we had the best interest rate possible so even though we were already approved with a really good interest rate, he shopped us through one of their banks and saved us a 1/2 point! Might not sound like much of a difference but over several months it adds up. We left with the truck that we wanted with a cheaper payment! We love Infiniti Motor Werks! More

Keep coming back to Motor Werks ... and there's a reason I've been a client of Motor Werks since 1995 when I bought my BMW 5 series from them. Since that time, I've probably bought/leased another 3 or so ve I've been a client of Motor Werks since 1995 when I bought my BMW 5 series from them. Since that time, I've probably bought/leased another 3 or so vehicles, interspersed through the years with other dealers. Motor Werks' sweet spot is having a number of brands under one roof so that you're able to compare new cars, and significant acreage to bring in a variety of used vehicles. They know their demographic customer base, and their dealership's appearance from sales representatives' business attire to the physical premises shows respect for their customers. I've noticed that their pricing is more aggressive than in the past, and they'll still work with you to give you a fair deal. My sales representative was well versed not only in Infiniti but other autos as well, and his years of experience offered wise counsel. From the moment you enter, you can tell this is no ordinary dealership and that doesn't necessarily equate to higher prices. Very pleased with my purchase and price paid. More
