The second thing that stood out to me, was when Alex spent a lot of time explaining the car's features to me in great detail. Nina also was very thoughtful to call me to let me know that the first car I had been looking at was being sold as she was talking to me. I live about an hour away and she saved me and my wife a long drive. Moments before the photograph was taken Nina brought me a Starbucks mocha coffee. I had worked all night the night before, and I was looking for some caffeine for the drive home. Nina made that happen. The next day, Nina called me to make sure I made it home safely. Derek the finance manager was also great to work with. Derek was fun and easygoing. He made the time go by with just a lot of fun conversation. Alex, Nina and Derek are exemplary employees. More

Tony which is the sales manager was determined to make sure that we had the best interest rate possible so even though we were already approved with a really good interest rate, he shopped us through one of their banks and saved us a 1/2 point! Might not sound like much of a difference but over several months it adds up. We left with the truck that we wanted with a cheaper payment! We love Infiniti Motor Werks! More

Keep coming back to Motor Werks ... and there's a reason I've been a client of Motor Werks since 1995 when I bought my BMW 5 series from them. Since that time, I've probably bought/leased another 3 or so ve I've been a client of Motor Werks since 1995 when I bought my BMW 5 series from them. Since that time, I've probably bought/leased another 3 or so vehicles, interspersed through the years with other dealers. Motor Werks' sweet spot is having a number of brands under one roof so that you're able to compare new cars, and significant acreage to bring in a variety of used vehicles. They know their demographic customer base, and their dealership's appearance from sales representatives' business attire to the physical premises shows respect for their customers. I've noticed that their pricing is more aggressive than in the past, and they'll still work with you to give you a fair deal. My sales representative was well versed not only in Infiniti but other autos as well, and his years of experience offered wise counsel. From the moment you enter, you can tell this is no ordinary dealership and that doesn't necessarily equate to higher prices. Very pleased with my purchase and price paid. More

I find their advertised pricing to be the best in the area when it comes to luxury cars. Their staff is courteous, well trained, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. There is no pressure involved but if there is a deal to be had they will work with you to get there. Gone are the days of blowing a whole day dealing with a sales person and getting double-teamed by managers...I was in and out from start to finish in 2.5 hours. Damian is a really good salesperson that I recommend highly. More

Mark brought us to his office to see what we were looking for and while my husband carried the conversation Mark could tell I didn't look well. I was having a total internal panic attack because of all the bad experiences I've had in the past with buying cars. He quickly calmed me down and assured me there was no pressure and that I was just testing driving some cars today. He got me a water and got me into my dream car. He 'protected' the keys from other potential buyers while we went back home to get my trade in (again because I had no intention of buying a car that day). We've bought atleast four cars in the last five years, this was by far the best experience. There was no pushy sales tactics, just a sweet man trying to help people find the right car for them.
