The people I have named below assisted me from start to finish. Never ounce did I get the impression that I was wasting their time. So a week later I went and purchased another vehicle from them. Took Too Long 1- Took too long (more than 5 hours) to go through the process. Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired I am beside myself with the follow up that I have received from this dealership. I purchased my vehicle on 7/31. I have not received one call to personally thank me for my purchase, ask if I had additional questions about the vehicle, nor if I am satisfied. In addition I had to follow up multiple times to make an appointment for service. Once the service was completed I was told my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving to the cashier almost two hours later after the call, I was told the paperwork was not ready and to have a seat. My sales representative raved about the Starbucks located in the dealership, so I figured that I would grab a coffee while I was waiting. Upon arrival I was again disappointed that the Starbucks was closed. Returning to the cashier 50 minutes later I had to make one last attempt to find out when I would get my car back and finally was told I could pick up my car. Totally confused about that when I was told hours ago that my vehicle was ready. In addition, I was not given any paperwork to let me know what services were actually completed and I have nothing for my records. Lastly, the service manager sent an email asking me how my service went. I responded in detail about my dissatisfaction. Almost two weeks later, as usual, no response from him or anyone at the dealership. I love my vehicle, but this dealership can take a great lesson in Customer Service from Woodfield Acura. They had great follow up and sincerely cared about their customers. Knowing what I now know about Motor Werks...I would never have purchased from them. More

The vast majority of the employees seemed to be in a good mood ready to do what they could to sell some cars. The salesperson I dealt with was not on the same page. I think he knew I had decided I was going to leave with the car so he did very little to try to sell the vehicle. He left his office several time to "grab paperwork" which I don't believe would take 25 minutes. He also did not provide information about the transaction very readily before I was already on my way to the dealership. I contacted him about the transaction and didn't actually get any details until I was well on my way to Chicago. He wasn't particularly chatty or capable of seeming interested in the person who was there to buy a car. Now the other side may have been that I was not there to spend 45k on an infinity but that should not be the attitude of a salesperson. This was a purchase that I was nervous but excited about and one which he took a good deal of the excitement away with a lot of ease. Let me just say this, if I had not gone through the trouble of traveling 6 hours and hadn't put down $500 which I wouldn't get back at that point I would not have had an issue walking out of the dealership empty handed. On the upside I was contacted by a manager the day after the purchase and she was very professional and apologetic, the finance employee I worked with also improved my overall experience. I would much rather have bought a vehicle from either of them. More
