I didn't feel the need to test drive the other competing crossover models. I feel very comfortable with my decision and am happy to know that Motor Werks is where I will be going for oil changes and other services. First Time Car Buyer-Great Experience I inquired about an Infiniti G35X I saw on cars.com, and got a call from Hector within minutes. I believe I was one of the first inquirers of the vehi I inquired about an Infiniti G35X I saw on cars.com, and got a call from Hector within minutes. I believe I was one of the first inquirers of the vehicle, since there weren't even any pictures of the car. Hector, kindly texted me pictures of the car so I had a heads up of the pristine condition it was in and filled me in on any questions I had concerning the vehicle. So me being a millennial, most of my communication is done via text, so I appreciated that Hector kept in contact via text in addition to phone calls. I came to the dealership that same day to check the car out and take it for a spin. He was incredibly kind and friendly, and wasn't that pushy car salesman like we all know of. He was very honest about the whole process from pricing, any issues with the car, etc. I really liked the car, and was an extremely motivated buyer. However, I wanted to do some due diligence before negotiating and have a trusted family mechanic do a thorough inspection of the car. Unfortunately, my mechanic had scheduling issues, I had a family emergency, but we finally ended up at the dealership a week after my initial visit. After doing an inspection, Marcin the Sales Manager and I negotiated a price that couldn't be beat. Finally, Tony the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze and had everything prepared. MotorWerks took care of me from beginning to end and I couldn't recommend them enough. Hector was awesome to work with, and is honestly a kind and genuine person that caters to your needs.
