First Time Car Buyer-Great Experience I inquired about an Infiniti G35X I saw on cars.com, and got a call from Hector within minutes. I believe I was one of the first inquirers of the vehicle, since there weren't even any pictures of the car. Hector, kindly texted me pictures of the car so I had a heads up of the pristine condition it was in and filled me in on any questions I had concerning the vehicle. So me being a millennial, most of my communication is done via text, so I appreciated that Hector kept in contact via text in addition to phone calls. I came to the dealership that same day to check the car out and take it for a spin. He was incredibly kind and friendly, and wasn't that pushy car salesman like we all know of. He was very honest about the whole process from pricing, any issues with the car, etc. I really liked the car, and was an extremely motivated buyer. However, I wanted to do some due diligence before negotiating and have a trusted family mechanic do a thorough inspection of the car. Unfortunately, my mechanic had scheduling issues, I had a family emergency, but we finally ended up at the dealership a week after my initial visit. After doing an inspection, Marcin the Sales Manager and I negotiated a price that couldn't be beat. Finally, Tony the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze and had everything prepared. MotorWerks took care of me from beginning to end and I couldn't recommend them enough. Hector was awesome to work with, and is honestly a kind and genuine person that caters to your needs. In the future, I will be going straight to MotorWerks for my next vehicle. Thanks again, for making a first time car buying experience a breeze! More

Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired I am beside myself with the follow up that I have received from this dealership. I purchased my vehicle on 7/31. I have not received one call to personally thank me for my purchase, ask if I had additional questions about the vehicle, nor if I am satisfied. In addition I had to follow up multiple times to make an appointment for service. Once the service was completed I was told my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving to the cashier almost two hours later after the call, I was told the paperwork was not ready and to have a seat. My sales representative raved about the Starbucks located in the dealership, so I figured that I would grab a coffee while I was waiting. Upon arrival I was again disappointed that the Starbucks was closed. Returning to the cashier 50 minutes later I had to make one last attempt to find out when I would get my car back and finally was told I could pick up my car. Totally confused about that when I was told hours ago that my vehicle was ready. In addition, I was not given any paperwork to let me know what services were actually completed and I have nothing for my records. Lastly, the service manager sent an email asking me how my service went. I responded in detail about my dissatisfaction. Almost two weeks later, as usual, no response from him or anyone at the dealership. I love my vehicle, but this dealership can take a great lesson in Customer Service from Woodfield Acura. They had great follow up and sincerely cared about their customers. Knowing what I now know about Motor Werks...I would never have purchased from them. More
