We have bought 2 other cars with Motor Werks in 20 years so we aren't the type of people that trade cars in! We drive them into the ground and they are always black or silver:) We had a 1997 I30 Infiniti and were so sad when we let it go in 2011. Also a Saab. We began talking to Ali about a year ago. He always checked in with us though, touched base.....Our youngest son (35) passed away suddenly last April. He loved Infinitis too:) We had sent him pics of the Q50 Sport last spring and he approved:) And he LOVED fast red cars. So of course that's what we bought!!!!! He is very happy and so are we:) I tell you all the details of this so you could see how important this purchase was -and is- to us! Ali was phenomenal!!!!! He GOT IT!!!! He treated us like royalty and did everything he possibly could to help us out. I trusted him completely with everything!!!!! And Malik was also awesome!!!! They made the whole experience wonderful on a bittersweet day! And now we have a fun red fast car to drive:) I'm so grateful for the way Ali and the rest of Motor Werks treated us. It wasn't just about selling a car - it was about making us smile. Thanks so much! More

Raiders of the Lost Inventory Our salesman was great. Steve Mink did everything he could to help us. However, it really felt like some of the rest dealership was working against us Our salesman was great. Steve Mink did everything he could to help us. However, it really felt like some of the rest dealership was working against us. First we walked in and had to wonder around through multiple showrooms before someone greeted us. Finally we got matched up with Steve he worked hard to try to find us all the cars we wanted to see. One was the BMW we ended up buying- which we did not get to see that day or the next 2 times we came. Finally my husband called up the BMW sales manager to find the car. Upon arrival to the dealership to finally look at the car that we wanted to see, we had to argue to continue to work with Steve. In the end we bought that car- but there was little to no reason why our time and your employees time needed to be wasted when we should have been able to see the car the first day. We will come back there to buy a car again because we enjoyed Steve and how hard he worked. PS we bought a BMW but Infiniti is the only option I can pick on this survey. More

The dealership itself is very impressive with great looking cars all over the place Wasn't thrilled however about getting a car insurance pitch from another employee of the dealership. Not sure why that was necessary I was there to buy a car, not car insurance. More
