This was this first time I purchased an automobile online and sight unseen so I was a little apprehensive about th My salesman was Darrin "DJ" Davis. This was this first time I purchased an automobile online and sight unseen so I was a little apprehensive about the entire process. DJ did an outstanding job answering all my questions, and I had a lot. While they put many pictures up online, provide the Carfax, etc., DJ provided several additional pictures and personally eyeballed the car for me. DJ answered all my questions promptly BEFORE and AFTER the sale. They truly price cars to sell and eliminate the need for you to have to go back and forth negotiating. This was a new experience for me, but DJ and Lorne Hara, helped ensure I got a fantastic deal. At no time did they pressure me and push me into a buying situation. In the end, it was very easy. The financing side was also great. I worked with Tony Guzman who helped get my loan completed and warranty. All around awesome experience and very professional. FABULOUS SALESMAN My salesman was Steve Mink, and this was the first time for me to buy a car online or from a dealer outside my city. I was quite nervous buying a car My salesman was Steve Mink, and this was the first time for me to buy a car online or from a dealer outside my city. I was quite nervous buying a car online and Steve put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. He was very much a gentleman through the entire process, very polite & friendly, very knowledgeable; and made this whole process go seemless. He was always sure that ALL of my questions were answered, always sure that all of the paperwork was done, and his main goal was to be sure that I was satisfied with my purchase! He has even contacted me a few times to see how I like the car and how it drives, and to just be sure everything is okay with the car. His customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. When the sale was complete I thanked him for making this transaction go so smooth & seamless; and also for being so nice and considerate. I told him that he was the best sales person that I ever had (not knowing that he had only been doing this for 5 mos.)!! It did not matter, because it seemed like he had been doing it for years. I pinned down the car but could not locate the car with the features and options; therefore, we decided to order the car from the factory. They, John and Michael Gargano, sent me status of the car throughout the production until delivery. I knew when the car went into production; when the car was complete and ready for transport from Germany and when the was due to arrive at the port of Baltimore. Nina Gewargis was also supportive throughout the whole process. The midnight blue car was awesome. Prior to full possession of the car, Motorwerks wants to make sure that the new owners know how to operate the car with the new technology. Rahim Hemani, BMW Genius, was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the features of it. He was articulate and patient was the explanations. GREAT JOB !! More
