Mark walked me through each step of the purchase and gave me detailed information on how to get my car shipped, Mark is very attentive; even three weeks after the purchase he has contacted me many times to ask how I like the car, asking if I have any questions, sending me information on how to program my car, and following up on paperwork I requested. Mark has exceeded my expectations and I truly appreciate it. More

I was told by salesman that it was incumbent upon me to pay to have initial second key replaced, however he would have some one he knew provide one for $200.00 contact me That was I found out two- thirds of the regular cost. Two weeks go by and no one calls. Decided to make my concerns known to Salesman, but no response. Later that week I decided to vent my disappointment to GM Marcin that Vehicle came with 2 intelligence keys per the manual. I felt that former owner should have been charged for replacement and cost shouldn't be passed on to next buyer, never expecting GM to give it any thought. Marcin literally called me within ten minutes. Apologized profusely and stated he wanted my experience with them to be a truly satisfying one. He said he would have someone contact me to have it done with no charge . I was really kind of stunned. Sure enough Marcin kept his word. Can't say enough good things about him. Should you come across Marcin....Know that your every care will be given his attention because he really does care. He kept me updated throughout the process, as they were working on the paperwork, detailing the car, etc. He was knowledgeable but the features of the vehicle I was purchasing. He had it waiting for me at the front entrance as I pulled up, so it was ready to test drive. The dealership gave me a good value for my trade-in, and made the process very easy. Plus, free Starbucks drinks and cookies! Motor works has a huge selection of high quality cars, although I knew which one I wanted before I showed up. Coming from out of state to purchase the vehicle, I was very happy that the vehicle was in excellent condition, as expected, no surprises.
