We went back into the showroom, met with Malik to talk numbers(which is always the worst part of Car buying) but he did a great job getting us to the price we wanted. Appreciated his transparency in price, trade-in, finance options, etc. Lastly we met with Rashard who wrapped up our purchase with the necessarily paperwork. He walked us through every step and ensured we were comfortable with every form we signed. General Mgr., Marcin Cybulak is Outstanding! While purchasing a very nice Nissan Armada, it was brought to my attention that there was only one key that former owner had turned in. I was told by salesman that it was incumbent upon me to pay to have initial second key replaced, however he would have some one he knew provide one for $200.00 contact me That was I found out two- thirds of the regular cost. Two weeks go by and no one calls. Decided to make my concerns known to Salesman, but no response. Later that week I decided to vent my disappointment to GM Marcin that Vehicle came with 2 intelligence keys per the manual. I felt that former owner should have been charged for replacement and cost shouldn't be passed on to next buyer, never expecting GM to give it any thought. Marcin literally called me within ten minutes. Apologized profusely and stated he wanted my experience with them to be a truly satisfying one. He said he would have someone contact me to have it done with no charge . I was really kind of stunned. Sure enough Marcin kept his word. Can't say enough good things about him. Should you come across Marcin....Know that your every care will be given his attention because he really does care. He kept me updated throughout the process, as they were working on the paperwork, detailing the car, etc. He was knowledgeable but the features of the vehicle I was purchasing. He had it waiting for me at the front entrance as I pulled up, so it was ready to test drive. The dealership gave me a good value for my trade-in, and made the process very easy. Plus, free Starbucks drinks and cookies! Motor works has a huge selection of high quality cars, although I knew which one I wanted before I showed up. Coming from out of state to purchase the vehicle, I was very happy that the vehicle was in excellent condition, as expected, no surprises.
