Our salesman, John Duval, went to bat for us, never made us feel pressured or like our offer was ridiculous (which had happened at other dealerships!). He was always kind and stayed WAY passed closing time to make sure we got what we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. John even helped me move heavy van seats so we could install the floor mats. It was after hours on a holiday weekend by the time we sealed the deal, so their service staff was done to bare bones but John had no problem jumping in and helping with that. I’d highly recommend this dealership! Update review 8/8/18 When we purchased the vehicle at the end of May, we only got one key/fob. John promised we’d get the second one and if he could not locate it, he’d arrange for us to get one at a local dealership (we drove almost 2 hours to his dealership to get the vehicle and returned 10 Days later to drop off a removable seat from our old vehicle that we didn’t have at the time of purchase/trade in). When I returned 10 Days later they still didn’t have the key. My husband has sent multiple (10+) texts with no response. It seems like John is willing to do what he needs to do to make the sale but doesn’t follow through on his promises. We are beyond frustrated that an otherwise seamless transaction has come down to a negative experience. We just want two keys that he promised-that’s all!! Proceed to this dealership with caution and get everything you want before you leave!!! More

He did a great job showcasing the features and the great value added benefits of the limited edition QX70. We went back into the showroom, met with Malik to talk numbers(which is always the worst part of Car buying) but he did a great job getting us to the price we wanted. Appreciated his transparency in price, trade-in, finance options, etc. Lastly we met with Rashard who wrapped up our purchase with the necessarily paperwork. He walked us through every step and ensured we were comfortable with every form we signed.
