I did not prefer the newer models, so I decided to wait and find a 2013 I knew exactly what I was looking for in a used car - 2013 Lexus IS 250 AWD. I did not prefer the newer models, so I decided to wait and find a 2013 that had low miles & was in excellent condition...thus feeling like a new car. No rush on my end - then I came across an IS 250 at Motor Werks Infiniti in Barrington, IL - and the funny thing is, I live in Boulder, CO. However, this car was exactly what I was looking for - options, color, only 35K miles....and via pictures, spotless. I was a bit concerned since I could only see "pictures", but working with Steve Mink and Malik, they gave me the confidence that I would be very, very happy with the car. I booked a flight - and once I saw and drove the car, it was everything they said....I just got back home; and after 1100 miles - I know it was a great decision!! I would trust this dealership and these gentlemen 100% - they were very upfront and honest & fun to work with! More

By Far the VERY BEST Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had! I was long overdue for a new car and I have been looking on and off for a little over a year now - not sure what to buy or who to buy it from. Very re I was long overdue for a new car and I have been looking on and off for a little over a year now - not sure what to buy or who to buy it from. Very recently I decided on a used 2016 Acura RDX. After having a terrible experience going to see a "Certified Used" Acura a few days ago, I came across one online that I REALLY liked at Motor Works. My experience from the first email to this moment has been nothing short of fantastic. First off, let me say, the pricing on their car was the BEST of any advertised that I had found (for the trim level and features that I wanted). I spoke first with Lorne who was very professional. Lot of dealers try and be "yes men" over the phone, assuring you they can work with you (but not really answering anything you really want to know). Lorne was very forthcoming, transparent with me on the price / out the door price and what my experience would be like buying from Motor Werks would be like. I was not disappointed! Mark Smith met me at the Barrington train station (I came straight from work), picked me up and took me to the dealership. You could not ask for a nicer, more genuine person to deal with! He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted to buy. Before arriving, I was concerned about the condition of things, like tires, breaks, etc. and when I arrived one of the first things Mark did was hand me a detailed inspection that had already been completed showing me that the car had almost new tires and brake pads AND that they had done additional maintenance to bring the car up to their standard. Mark went over all of the features that the car had, knew the answers to 95% of my questions, and the coupe he did not know, he got answers on right away! I really enjoyed interacting with him as a person and dealing with him in my buying process. We sat down and did the deal - the numbers were EXACTLY what I wanted and what I had discussed with Lorne over the phone and in fact they were a little better due to an issue I had (that was no fault of theirs! I would not hesitate to recommend Mark or this dealership to ANY of my friends or family that is looking to buy a car and I honestly cannot think of anything more they could have done to make my experience with them any better than what it was. Lots of dealers talk the talk - Mark Smith and the team at Motor Werks walks the walk. Honest, genuine, and full of integrity - thank you for making this experience so pleasant!
