Revising my original review Originally I was happy with my dealership experience with Steve at Infiniti Motorwerks. That happiness quickly faded. I left my Ipass in my trade so I Originally I was happy with my dealership experience with Steve at Infiniti Motorwerks. That happiness quickly faded. I left my Ipass in my trade so I called 2 days after my vehicle purchase. I got the run around from Steve saying that he would check and call me back. Waited a few hours to contact him again and got the same story...He never contacted me to let me know if he found it or not. Had to order an new one. 7 days after leaving the dealership the oil change light came on in the vehicle. Looks like they didn’t bother to change the oil on the vehicle either. Checked the filter and it’s corroded so they didn’t just forget to reset the light. More

Patience is Rewarded I stopped by MotorWerks to look at the Infiniti QX80. After two visits, my wife and I decided that we no longer needed an SUV with a third row. This decision also allowed us to look at other car manufacturers. Our rep from Infiniti (Steve Mink) took time out of his schedule (even though he knew we were passing on an Infiniti) to walk me over to BMW and introduce me to Ian Higgins. Ian spent a solid three hours on a hot/humid day running around showing me BMW Sedans and SUVs. We finally settled on a used BMW that had 6k miles on it but saved about $30k off the initial MSRP. I would strongly recommend MotorWerks, Steve Mink and Ian Higgins to friends/family/clients. More
