Great all around experience from an "Out of Towner". I traveled an hour and a half to see a very specific vehicle that was in their used inventory. Mark Smith had the vehicle cleaned and waiting for me I traveled an hour and a half to see a very specific vehicle that was in their used inventory. Mark Smith had the vehicle cleaned and waiting for me when I arrived. I arrived an hour before they closed...we made a fair deal and Mark stayed a couple hours past closing to make sure I was able to drive the car home that night. That saved me a second trip the next day. Mark even searched the dealership after hours for a roof rack that I wanted. As it got late I told him it wasn't a big deal but he insisted he would look. Sure enough he found was I wanted and threw it in at no extra cost. I was extremely happy with their service and dedication to make my out of town trip a pleasant one. More

Since I was not going to physically go to the dealership or actually see the car, I had to rely on and trust everyone I contacted at the dealership. I dealt with several people throughout the purchasing process, all of whom were nice, helpful and reassuring. But one person stood out from the rest, and that was Kash. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He always picked up the phone or called back within minutes. He was always cheerful. We face-timed and he walked me around and inside the vehicle. He checked for marks or scratches as if it was for him. When the vehicle was picked up, at my request Kash took photos of all around the car for insurance purposes and sent them to me before the car was loaded on the truck. He went above and beyond. I can't thank him or recommend him enough. More

This is by far one of the most pleasurable experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. The versatility of being able to look at multiple makes and models under the same roof is definitely a plus. The salesperson was not pushy at all I felt like his goal was to get us the best car for my purposes as possible. I felt like he genuinely cared about me, and I did not feel like I was under pressure to make a decision that I did not want to make, or sooner then I wished it to make it. I have walked away from pushy salespeople in the past, leaving cars that I actually wanted because I did not feel respected. The salesperson that I dealt with, treated me with respect and I truly felt like he was an ally, and not merely viewing me as prey. This is the primary reason that I purchased the car from the dealership on my first visit as opposed to my typical procedure of shopping around. Of course, I research before going in, but being able to trust your salesperson without syncing that they are just trying to take advantage of you is priceless. Will highly recommend this salesperson, and I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. I can definitely say that the salesperson is one of the primary reasons I bought the car on this day. More
