The Motor Werks Infiniti salesmen were aware of my situation of a drunk neighbor damaging my house and totaling my car in September. I have been waiting for months to buy a new QX 60. They called me Friday with an offer to buy a QX60 almost 7400 OVER sticker and then told me that I could only use their financing to buy the car (over 2% higher than my pre-approved rate). After I pushed back, they said they’d consider letting me use my previously approved financing, but the price was competitive given the market. When I walked away from the deal, I saw the price 2k lower on the website later that day(I have a screen shot which proves the price was lowered). My family has gotten 9 Infiniti’s from Motor Werks and my experience with Seth and Taylor has been extremely disappointing....your salesmen have become as sleazy as everyone else. It is a sign of their character that they thought it was appropriate to try and take advantage of someone who they knew was in a bind. I know Infiniti is trying to reinvent the company due to lagging sales, but this is not the way to do it. After this experience, you’ve ticked off loyal Infiniti customer and Motor Werks customer.
