We are saddened that you feel we were not upfront and transparent with you. New vehicles are priced to the current Market. The vehicle price given to you was the price we listed it for. Our team did offer to try and work with you on the financing of the vehicle. While we understand it can be disappointing when a deal does not work out how one may hope. Our team was upfront and honest regarding the deal. The vehicle did sell for the same price that was quoted to you. New vehicle inventor nationwide is low and a high demand. Our pricing reflected the current market pricing, We are saddened that you feel we were not upfront with you. We take great pride in our reputation and the teams that represent Motor Werks. I think it's interesting that your response started with how you are sad and not an apology. Your voice-mail didn't have an apology either so it's clear you don't think you did anything wrong. I brought up several times that it was over priced and you had the audacity to post lower online, that is the bottom line. The fact that you think it's ok to do that to a loyal Motor Werks customer says everything about you, your character and the culture of the dealership. Also, you can tell me whatever you want about the price you sold it at, but given how disingenuous you were with me, I don't believe a word that you say. And if you posted it lower and did a bait and switch when the customer arrived 'because of the market price', that's also sleazy...so please don't try to tell me again how much you're stand up guys...you absolutely are not. The only reason you considered outside financing (after wasting an entire 24hrs with calls) was because you were going to lose the deal. Don't act like you were doing me a favor and went above and beyond, You absolutely did not. Even the comments about the financing were 'we can try'...with no actual commitment. The good thing is, there are lots of brands and other dealers out there so I have moved on.
