My Honda dashboard showed low tire pressure, so I drove to Motor Werks Honda service. I sat there for two hours and the service guy said they checked and the tires were fine. I drove the car home, parked i to Motor Werks Honda service. I sat there for two hours and the service guy said they checked and the tires were fine. I drove the car home, parked it in the garage, went in vacation for a week, and when I returned the tire was flat, resting on the rim, undrivable. Honda Roadside Assitance towed it back to Motor Werks Honda (thank you Honda!) and after 2days Motor Werks said I needed 2 new tires for balance. I told them I’d just replaced a different tire 3 months earlier when I ran over a nail, and to rebalance with that one. They did, but charged for $50 more for the exact same tire I’d purchased from another dealership 90 days earlier. To top it all off, they wanted an additional 3% to use my credit card! Incompetent and sneaky, not what I want in a car dealership or service. More
