My biggest issue with your dealership is communication. Whenever I call, no advisors are ever available to talk. So they offer to leave a message with the receptionist or leave a voicemail. Definitely an opportunity for improvement there. Even after service, I received a text asking me to respond with my feedback. No response there either. Also tried to buy a car, it was the highest price in the area. Said it was the best they could do. More

Went for scheduled 1A maintenance. During the performance of that maintenance, received a text message with many line items asking me to accept or reject the additional services. I w During the performance of that maintenance, received a text message with many line items asking me to accept or reject the additional services. I went with some of the more “urgent services” (filters and serpentine belt). Even those they should come up on scheduled maintenance. I was told serpentine belt was due to age not mileage but I believe the computer would know the age of your car and take that into account. There appeared to be a leak and seepage which I will bring back to fix. It was suggested coolant flush which I will do after fixing seepage leak. Then there was a list of a million other things. Really don’t appreciate the overload nor the pressure to try to fix things outside the maintenance schedule More
